It's raining and I can hear the wind blowing. Then the windows start rattling and I hear all kinds of noises in the back yard. I'm concerned, but not enough to take my "scared of my own shadow" self outside to check. And since it was Christmas, I figured I'd let hubbie and family continue snoozing. So I get up and whoaa...... the good neighbor fence is a goner. If our pet hadn't passed away, she wouldn't have survived the fence on top of her doggie house. Then I look over at the deck and the pergola is now twisted in a sicking angle. So hubby makes the necessary calls to the Insurance Company, while I call all my girlfriends for sympathy. My best friends says she is really worried because I don't have AllState, or State Farm, or AAA. I tell her, I'm not worried. I've been with Vallejo Insurance and Allied for over 12 years and I'm in better hands! Of course, I have my fingers crossed. Well, within 48 hours of the adjuster receiving our bid from the contractor, we had our check in our hands. And within 48 hours, our Contractor had the good neighbor fence done. And the new pergola should be up tomorrow. Thanks to the great team at Vallejo Insurance Associates!

I came from a beach condo with lots of water issues. When you put in claims (even if you're not at fault) insurance Co rate you a bad risk. This last yr I did finally hear back that one of their other brokers would contact me. Sure enough just a few days left and I get an email quote. Too late, I had gotten other coverage. Priscilla knows her products well, and really took the time to explain the insurance products she offers and to make sure that we were getting the best coverage possible for our home. I can't tell you how important that is, especially living in California where wild fires are becoming a norm! Priscila is a great person and very caring about her clients. For the past 7 months I've been a member of All-State, found out that when I make a phone call that usually takes one to three rings before I get an answer which is fantastic. The operators at the office is very friendly, professional & courteous of your time as well thanks you for you're loyalty of an Allstate member. Just makes you feel great! I give this place easy 5 stars. Not to mention I have saved about $60 then my last insurance with AAA. Both companies ,respectfully! are amazing but!! with Allstate I save more Per month and also get provided with more coverage overall. Not to mention, that I noticed other All State offices/Insurance companies closing around the area So a big thank you to Ms Noble & her team, for stick it out through hard times still able to give customer the chance to speak with agent from the office.
