Exceptional Craftsmanship, Competitive Pricing, and Outstanding Customer Service!…read more I cannot say enough amazing things about Jaz Outdoor Builders and Alberto! From beginning to end, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I originally hired Jaz Outdoor Builders to build a fence, but the project turned into something even more impressive! We ended up installing a beautiful, modern double metal gate with horizontal wood planks, along with a custom fence featuring a strong metal structural frame and beautiful horizontal wood paneling throughout. The combination of metal and wood created an elegant, modern, high-end appearance that completely transformed the property. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional! Alberto made sure everything was completed with precision, from the metal framing and gate installation to the alignment and finishing of the wood panels. Another thing that really stood out was their extremely competitive pricing. After comparing quotes, Jaz Outdoor Builders offered excellent value without compromising quality or service. It's not easy to find a contractor who delivers beautiful workmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service all in one. Alberto deserves special recognition for his professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, and commitment to making sure everything was done right. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes tremendous pride in his work. If I could give Jaz Outdoor Builders 10 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend Alberto and his team to anyone considering a new fence, custom metal gate, or outdoor improvement project. Thank you, Alberto and Jaz Outdoor Builders, for your incredible work, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. You have definitely earned my trust and future business!

I have no complaints about the fence. They finished everything in one day. With that said, I am deducting a star because the crew tripped my breaker box. They plugged in a battery (Milwaukee? It was red. See photo) to the outlet I had a licensed contractor install to a recent closet extension in my backyard. I'm not sure how they even found that outlet as it's not close to the shared fence and is hidden by the A/C unit. I'm also not sure why they were that deep in my backyard when they were just supposed to be working on installing the new fence. If they had simply asked for permission to plug in the battery, this wouldn't have been an issue. I saw the battery charging as I was checking on the progress of the fence throughout the morning and thought nothing of it. It wasn't until that evening where I noticed that all the outlets in the back room didn't work that I started questioning the reason for the outage. After racking my brain and attempting to reset the breaker box, it dawned on me that it was because one of the workers was charging their battery. I don't know the voltage of the battery that they were charging, but it was too much for that outlet. They should've just used an outlet from my neighbor.

We didnt think our exisiting fence would last this winter and was already showing signs of checking out. Julian prepared seperate invoices for our neighbors which helped them agree more quickly to share costs. Suprisingly, their prices are very competitive vs. other competitors who are not licensed or bonded. Our fence (& gates) definetly show a higher quality standard than other neighbors who have done simular projects. The gates are really sturdy and solid enough to survive many upcoming winters. This was a 3 day project in which the crew showed up on time every day and were very respectful of adjacent plants and other obstacles. I would highly recommend doing business with Meza Fences as the are Diamond Certified, Bonded and licensed which should give any home owner an extra layer of confidence they are doing business with the right people. Martin was able to get a quote for neighboring fences because he was proactive about measuring their fences without making separate appointments. They are meticulous yet quick, and extremely professional. Because we were able to bundle multiple fences in one contract, Martin provided us with a better rate than other contractors. They are extremely responsive, and it's easy to get a response to any questions or concerns as the project progresses. They gave a very reasonable quote, and they gave a reasonable estimate for the amount of time to get the work done. For each appointment, they were on time, and the time to get the project done was sooner than the full estimate. I would gladly recommend their service. The project itself was the replacement of just the driveway portion of the fence. They matched the style perfectly. Everything is looking brand new. The action of the new gate is super smooth: we wanted manual only operation and they did it perfectly. Smooth as butter is not an unreasonable comparison.

My daughter originally used PL Fence on two of her properties with fantastic results, so when it came time to replace our shared fence with our neighbors, choosing PL Fence was a no-brainers. Here is why they deserve every bit of a 5-star rating: 1. Punctual & Reliable: Adrian promised an 8:30 AM start time and a 3:00 PM finish--and his crew hit exact times down to the minute. You rarely find contractors this punctual! 2. Outstanding Craftsmanship & Efficiency: The team worked seamlessly to remove the old fence and install the new one in a single day. 8:30 am in and 3 pm out. All of the companies I reached out to had 5 stars on Yelp, but none of them were as professional, considerate, and honest. I truly appreciated how Marisol made the process extremely clear and low stress, and the bonus was that they had the most competitive pricing for the value they provided. I had to coordinate with 3 neighbors, and Marisol was patient, understanding, and very accommodating. What really sold me was the fact that they use top quality redwood and galvanized fasteners, and they go the extra mile in providing gravel, post sealant, and top footing concrete on every pressure treated post. This prevents premature failure and enhances the fence longevity. Maya's does this at NO additional cost. I asked the other 3 companies if they could do that, and I was met with "I guess... if you want to pay for the materials and the extra labor for us to do it." So, going with Maya's was a no brainer. The crew arrived on time, took 1.5 days to complete the job, and they were all extremely professional and did an excellent job. I had some very minor issues with one section of the kickboard and a portion of my landscaping. It really wasn't anything big, but I did mention it to the team. Delaney and Marisol came out personally to meet me again, and made sure that everything was going to be taken care of, which it was, the very next day. There was zero hassle, zero stress, and I truly cannot thank them enough. It's hard to find people who take pride in their work and stand by their business and their word, but Maya's fence and the entire team was there for me from start to finish with nothing but the best intentions, and I will continue to refer them out and use them for anything I need in the future!

Her team completed both fences in just one day, and the quality of the work was excellent. They were efficient, professional, and left everything clean afterward. On top of that, their pricing was by far the most competitive quote we received. Highly recommend Marisol and her team if you're looking for reliable, high-quality fencing work at a very fair price!

I asked the fence person who I contracted to correct that during installation but he told me that I needed to go to the city to get an approval. I went to the city and I was told that I needed to hire a professional land surveyor to confirm the measurement first which would cost a few thousand dollars. During installing my back fence, Kevin decided that my original back-fence was over the neighbor's space by about 10" so he changed it. I was naive at that time and didn't challenge him. He had no authority to do that but he did it to favor my back neighbor who contracted him.
