I am unable to drive anymore b/c of a paralyzed foot, i also have communication issues especially in high stress situations. I missed my next appointment, let me add that there is NO way to call and let them know because they don't have a VM during non-working hours, no on-call Dr to assist in any way. My sugars are out of control and I have been trying to see the Dr who won't see me unless I have a ultra sound, which I had at bay care in September but apparently that is not good enough. So according to her staff I am not able to be seen without an ultrasound. The staff member read me the Drs note to me. In short, If I miss another appointment (I only saw her once and missed one appointment because I can't drive) I will be charged and dismissed. Lady I will not call you Dr. I have worked for 20 years with amazing drs and not one of them ever threatened to dismiss a patient like this. You are unprofessional and a liability. I will dismiss you and find someone who wants to help me. 0 stars, do not recommend and if your life is in their hands you should start praying to any god that will listen.

When I arrived at the podiatrist's office, I was on time and the front desk person had my appointment. I explained to her that I had a terrible time completing the online app b/c I did not have any family with which to fill in the blanks. This does not seem unusual to me since I am 78 years old and many of my friends do not have family. She said I had to complete the online questionnaire and she would send me the link again. I told her I still did not have any family. She said I could not see the doctor although I was standing there at the appointment time. So I left. The next day, I called the office and told them about the issue. The CSR tried to help me to complete the form but she had to ask for help three times to learn how to work around the problem. She kept saying that this was taking too long, that she had other calls coming in. I insisted she stay on the line with me to complete the form b/c I needed to see the doctor. Finally, we finished. I think this pracctise must be for families but not for single peoople or old people without families. I also think the young lady who refuse to let me see the doctor just did not have good sense. This review does not speak to the quality of any doctor but rather to the over dependence on computer registration with a poor program and a poor quality staff.

I can't say enough about what excellent physicians/surgeons are in this practice. The staff are all right on top of things, are kind and efficient. The medical personnel are caring and assure that you have what you need. My husband and I drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Raposo. He has referred us to Dr. Mijic, Dr. Reyhar and Dr. Ngyen, and we have been very happy with them too. So far between my husband and I, we have had knee replacements, shoulder replacement, hip replacement and multiple injections and treatments. I was in the medical field for over 45 years, so I know who is good and who is just blowing smoke!
