She pointed us in the direction of a sectional, hide-a-bed and a full size mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable and what she wasn't sure about, she found out the answer. When we checked out, she went over the warranty on our sectional and stressed it's importance so that we ended up getting the warranty. We were so very happy with our experience, we want to come again soon.

Same as the couch, slate means grey but it's blue and uncomfortable and falling apart. The store lighting is dingy and doesn't show true colors. Took the table back the next day after putting it together and they gave store credit instead of a refund. I won't buy another thing there so I don't need the store credit, I should receive a refund since I waited almost a full year and it was not the right color. The couch I waited months for, so despite not being the right color I kept, it's falling apart after. Few months and it's uncomfortable. Poor customer service, poor quality and poor communication. Don't waste your time in this place! The two tables I kept one was broken, they did replace it, but ordered the wrong chairs so I had to wait for those again, and the other table I e the doors won't stay closed. Thanks for the store credit I won't be using!

I ordered the foam mattresses but when I opened the boxes they are spring mattresses. Horrible communication and products. Not to mention I waited almost a month for the items.

Phoenix Symphony/Classical Mystery Tour…read more This is Beatle music with Beatle impressionists, in collaboration with the Phoenix Symphony(PS). The forefront of the stage is set with the rock and roll groups instruments and setup. Behind them is the PS. Prior to the band playing, the PS begins with a few Beatle songs, then they are joined by the band which plays a number of Beatle songs in conjunction with the PS. I say in conjunction with, because the PS is not backing up the band, but playing along with, and most of the time, playing over the vocals and music of the band. Oh dear, if you are a Beatle maniac I am not sure you will appreciate this. Early on in the performance it was difficult for me to judge how talented the band was because they were so overpowered by the PS. My initial impression was the band's volume was way to low, barely making it to row 32 where we were seated, on the first floor, farthest row to the rear. I kept hoping someone who handles the technical aspects of this kind of problem would figure it out, but this never occurred. Secondly, the manner is which the stage was illuminated, caused the band and their equipment to meld into all of the PS. It would have seemed to me, the proper thing to do would have been to provide more light to the band and less to the PS to provide some separation of the two. However, my feeling was, separation of the two was not to be the plan for this particular evening. There was an occasional spot light on a member of the band who's actions were significant during the playing of a particular song. When there was more than one band member singing together, the light was gone. The spot light jumped around from member to member in an disjointed type manner, leaving the remaining parts of the group in a dim area of the stage, including the PS. If you stayed to nearly the end, this is where the show came to life. About the time the band played a melody and number of songs afterward, the PS quieted down and the real talents of the group shined through the still dark stage. Their vocals were extraordinary and finally you could clearly hear what has made them so famous. It was at this time the crowd came to life and toe tapping graduated to standup arm waving and crowd singing. I am a strong supporter of the PS, love them. However, in this capacity I was clearly disappointed and feel the production of this show needs some tweaking.

I decorated an office and basically everything came from Real Deals! You really do get a deal, as their prices are very good for the quality of the items. They have a newly added woman's clothing area and their stuff is so adorable. Truly a pleasant shopping experience!
