Still, we were able to get some policies set up and she was clearly very knowledgeable. However, for the last policy, I've no waited a month and she still hasn't been able to get it confirmed for me. Meanwhile, I will miss the window in 2023 to have my dental work done. Therefore I will have to pay an additional $1500 When I get the work done. I still don't have a policy. She has not returned my calls or responded to my email. This isn't the first time I've experienced this behavior with her and is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I encourage you to think carefully before you work with her because she's not able to be consistent with communication or follow through. She actually blamed not having my policy ready on her. Telephone not working. Another time she didn't return my call for seven days and said she was sick. Very disappointing experience. I'm happy to take this review down if I get a policy by tomorrow. This is really unfair. Treatment of a client.

The hold times to speak to someone in the "Customer Disservice" group has exceeded over an hour only to be picked up by a call center in India who could not be of any help. We are considering changing out our home, auto and umbrella policies to another company. My advice is to contact another company for your needs as Allstate is no longer the good hands people.

After Ryan increased our medical choices we had him review our other benefit lines. Ryan brought to our attention that the highest income earners at the company did not have adequate short term disability insurance in place. In addition he increased the disability benefit so it would cover salaries to a full 66% of our income. In addition Ryan was able to include benefits such as Health Advocacy, MedEx (travel insurance coverage), and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no additional cost. In June, for the first time ever, I got a notice from my mortgage lender that they were not named as an additional insured on the policy. In August, I got a notice from my auto lender that they had not received proof of insurance and they "force placed" my insurance (they obtain insurance that only covers their risk, and they charge you for this). My experience is you provide this info to the agent and they do the paperwork to satisfy the lenders. Two screw-ups in 3 months is NOT acceptable. Adios Mike! (And he was not gracious about it).
