Expect a delightful mix of Dutch and European cuisine, with dishes ranging from comforting soups and ribs to tasty vegetarian and vegan options. Their bitterbatten and fried polenta are musts, and the Moscow mule is just as impressive. Best burger you'll ever have and tagliatelle you won't forget. Service is A-1. Café Czaar is also a lively social hub--there's always something happening.
