They called me back the very next day and let me speak to April, the eyebrow specialist. April answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me because I told her how nervous I was. I went in for a consultation. I never felt pressured by April to commit to getting the microblading. We talked about the process and she showed me what color she recommended for me based on my hair and skin color. Then she explained how she maps out your brows to get the perfect shape. I had a concern about one area of my brow and she listened to me and wasn't offended at all. That day I scheduled my microblading appointment for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment I was so nervous but April walked me through it again and we agreed on the shape I was comfortable with. I cannot rave about April enough! She tried to distract me because the procedure is a little painful. She stopped and let me look in the mirror every so often because she could tell how anxious I was. When she was done I cried because I was so in love with my brows! April is an angel and if you are interested in microblading or just curious I highly recommend going to her. She knows exactly what she's doing, you can tell she's been doing it for a while. April is so patient, sweet and professional! She was not the least bit intimidating or pushy and never once disregarded or minimized my concerns or anxiousness. The receptionists there were also very sweet and friendly.

She took her time and explained everything step by step. I still couldn't believe it when I woke up this morning how much having great eyebrows transforms ones face. Eve is an amazing artist and if you have any hesitation getting microblading done, just save yourself the time and trouble of trying to find someone and make an appointment with Eve. Elegance at its best. My entire experience with Eve has been a delight. I had my eyebrows microbladed. Before making my appointment, Eve was accommodating, she answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and explained what I could expect from the procedure. She was patient with me from the get-go, highly professional, knowledgeable, and as an aside, personable. As we discussed and prepared for the procedure Eve put a numbing agent on my brows. The reclining chair I was in for the procedure made me feel as though I was at a spa. The microblading itself took about 45 minutes to one hour. I closed my eyes and relaxed as Eve went to work. I didn't feel any pain during or after the procedure. Eve has a light touch. After 45 minutes, give or take, my brows were completed. I was so excited to see what my "new eyebrows" looked like, what my "new face" looked like, I should say. I couldn't believe my eyes - I instantly fell in love with my eyebrows. At first they will be dark and pronounced/loud. Don't be alarmed, this is temporary. Your brows will go through changes throughout the healing stages. Make sure to follow Eve's aftercare instructions. Eyebrows are so important in framing your face. Everyone has a different face shape, so it is best to let Eve measure exactly where to start, where your arch should be and the tail of the brow, together with the look you'd like to achieve for your best microbladed eyebrows. I cannot express enough gratitude to Eve. I could go on and on, you will not be disappointed! I'm already scheduling my next procedure (lip contouring) with Eve.

I've learned the hard way that a lot of places that offer deals for laser hair removal are often sketchy and not necessarily somewhere you'd want to be undressed in...not here!!! I used IPL for underarms via a groupon deal (was only $99) for several sessions and laser hair removal for the rest of my body. The IPL only delayed hair growth for a while whereas the laser got rid of hair permanently. Make sure you ask any laser place what type of machine they use as there are other technologies out there that don't work as well (the research on this is pretty clear just google laser types). However your options might be limited for what types of laser can by used on you depending on your hair/skin color. The Alexandrite works best for light skin and dark hair and is dangerous to use if you have dark skin. There is another machine for people with darker skin - sorry I forget what it is called (but sadly it doesn't work as well).
