It's locally owned and the owner is always there. He is very knowledgeable about the books he has for sale. I love browsing book stores but the ones that are part of a chain generally have the same boring mainstream books. Literarity is clean, well lit and the books are organized by topic. Fiction is sorted by author name so it's easy to find books if you're going to get a specific book or want to check for books by a specific author. I highly recommend this store!

This is one of those easy places. I almost stumbled upon the kitchen's entrance but I was kindly guided to the right path with some chuckles. The place inside is simple yet manages to catch your glare and attention to see every detail and every leaf on their plants...that you can buy!. The concept of order is kept simple as well. Pick your plate and sit down anticipating the unique taste that comes from vegetarian dishes. I left a happy customer once I got to taste those tacos you see in my image. Hidden but not for long. Enjoy and support the cause. Provecho!

I just moved here a month ago and its my first time coming to this store. When I finished browsing,…read moreI stood in line waiting for an associate. I noticed the self check out lines but I wanted to ask an associate about store programs/deals/subscriptions as I am a frequent thrift store visitor and this store is new to me. I observed a man standing behind the jewelry section and I kept waving at him in a friendly manner suggesting I needed assistance. After 20 minutes of being ignored, he finally asked if I was "lost or something." I asked if I could check out with an associate and he stated, "we don't have staff for that go on the self check out." I noticed a woman had also been waiting for help at a self check out station and she never received help so she walked out. I walked to the next available station and I realized I couldn't understand the system so I requested for help on the monitor which made the station number blink. As I waited, I observed 2 women at the station behind me checking out items (or so I thought). One of them starred at me the entire time I stood there but didn't think much of it. After another 10 minutes of receiving no help, I moved over to another register and figured the system out. As I'm finishing up and recovering my receipt, I begin to walk out when the lady that was starting at me earlier when I needed help, approaches me and asks me to leave the hangers at the register. I asked, if she saw I needed help earlier, why didn't she advise me she was with a client but could help me at her earlier convenience?? She just stood there and watched me struggle. She rolled her eyes and walked away towards the gentleman standing behind the jewelry section to begin a conversation. I was so agitated by the lack of courtesy, lack of customer service, lack of staff it seems as I never saw any staff on the floor, and the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. Overall terrible experience at this location.

Our adoption specialist in El Paso became our primary contact post-match and she was amazing (shoutout to Madyson!). She did an excellent job facilitating early conversations we had with the birth parents and making everyone feel comfortable. When we arrived in TX, she was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. She was with us and the birth parents at the hospital for pretty much the entire time, communicating with the nurses and making sure we were all on the same page. It was so nice to have someone there who knew the process in and out! We love our son and the open relationship we have with his birth parents and couldn't be more grateful to the team at TAC for everything they did to help everyone involved. Thank you!

Now, in cleaning out my late parent's home, we returned there, boxes of books in hand, and donated them so that they will be available for others to take home and enjoy. There is a huge selection of nonfiction and fiction books available for sale in a separate room. No title costs over $1. This wonderful treasure has been open for many years, and I hope it continues for many more.
