Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. The roof was caving in and particles kept falling on my items, mold was atrocious. Obviously, if I store it, it is important to me. However, not to them. The mice were also entering and eating any bags or boxes. It was very upsetting. Thank goodness for new owners. Right away, Pricilla, property manager reached out and immediately moved me to a better, clean and close by unit. As difficult as it is to move, I immediately started to move before my belongings completely got destroyed. This new owner is awesome. Really know what customer service is.
