Room to improve: though fair prices, it was too high for the quality, which was mediocre. The nori wrap was fishy tasting, which overtook the fish. The rolls are very simple and could have had a little more to them. Overall, I would try another place before coming back.

It felt very authentic and the staff was Japanese. We were told they opened at 7, and once we went back we saw there were already parties dining inside; wish they marked clear hours somewhere or even an open sign. Our free tuna tartare amuse was yummy, as was the starter miso soup. The udon soup was delicious. Light, chewy and came in a clay pot. The shrimp tempura was soggy almost immediately though. The mixed sushi (nigiri assortment) was very fresh. A letdown was the expensive tempura specialty roll, which ended up being swirled in so much rice with only romaine lettuce as the green--that stumped me. It was barely edible. However, our added on salmon nigiris were delicious, but we were shocked to see that each piece was 3.50 euros! That's usually the price for two nigiris. Beware that they sell them by PIECE, not by twos. You'll get fresh fish here, but just beware of the steeper prices. It's a nicer Japanese sit down in Milan, and is located in the business area of the city.

I have to be honest, I was very skeptical to eat any sort of sushi in Milan, let alone it being all…read moreyou can eat sushi in MILAN for 20 euros (for dinner) but this place far exceeded my expectations. I'm from NYC where there are plenty of AYCE sushi places and I have to say, this definitely tops the list for me. They are mindboggingly efficient with their dishes --almost to the point where it makes you question your sanity. Like... wait, but didn't I just order that 68 seconds ago and now it's magically in front of me? A tad sketch, but I have to say everything I had was superbly fresh. Maybe they precut/prepare certain plates, but it really did not affect the overall quality of the dish. I'm a bit of a brat when it comes to eating raw fish- I will send things back if the color is off or if there's even a slight chance it seems like I'd get sick. Prices for beer and wine are also extremely reasonable. Portions are on the smaller side for the appetizers and sashimi/carpaccio, but it's AYCE so does it really even matter? Moot point. There are some items that have a red circle next to them which indicates you are only allowed to order that item one per person. But not to worry.... There's about 100 items on the menu so you won't run out of options. My favorites- - Tuna and salmon tataki - I believe it's a ponzu sauce on top with fresh scallions and ginger- super refreshing and tasty - Tuna + salmon tartare - also another refreshing item on the menu - Spicy tuna roll - I've had hundreds of spicy tuna rolls before but this one was unique-- I'm not sure what spice they use to make it spicy but it's far different than what's usually used and it was fantastic! - Dragon roll -eel and crab with avocado - Amaebi nigiri - sweet shrimp nigiri ...dope digity, really really tasty. - Salmon Gunkan and Tuna gunkan-- I've never had this before but it's basically a regular roll without using seaweed as the "outside". They use the actual fish itself. Other items ordered- - Nigiri-- 2 pieces per order-- we had all of the nigiri items: salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, cooked shrimp, sea bass, octopus, eel. All were fantastic except for the octopus which was a bit chewy. - Salmon and Tuna carpaccio - super fresh but was not wowed by the sauce - Gyoza - Miso soup Their menu also includes hand rolls, regular rolls, other special rolls, salad, tons of other apps (including hot dishes), udon noodles, fried rice, tempura, teppanyaki--- I mean the options are endless. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other items!

Pro-tip: Ensure you make a reservation as this place fills up quickly…read more Pro-tip 2: Group your orders so you get things in chunks. Service: 5* (very fast) Ambience: 4* Taste: 5* This place has changed names a few times and appears differently on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. But this is the place for AYCE sushi. There is a time limit of 1.5 hours, but you can do it. Stay focused and stay the course! ;-) There is an iPad at your table where you place your orders. In between orders there is a 5 minute waiting period so I would recommend bunching your orders. Order sashimi to Andre your fish fix without all that filling rice. We ordered a variety of rolls, sashimi, and side dishes. All were good, some great. The fish was very fresh and tasty. Very, very good. We actually plan to return later in the week again. Easy to get your fish fix.

Four stars only because they do not put unagi on their all you can eat menu…read more I tried lots of sashimi and they were excellent quality. The spring rolls were ok and very small. The only kind they had included some sort of ground meat inside instead of cabbage and shrimp and such. It was kind of like eating a spring roll with hamburger in it. The wasabi and ginger are incredibly fresh and potent. That was a nice treat. I arrived at opening at lunchtime and I think I was the only one in the restaurant so the wait staff was very attentive and friendly and fast. The Japanese owner lady is incredibly friendly and kind.
