She updated the PDF every time I made a minute change like changing the color of a ribbon or changing the type of flower. When the flowers arrived on our wedding day, they were even more beautiful than the sample images. We just got back from our wedding a few hours ago, and I wish I'd had the foresight to look into flower preservation because everything was so stunning. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. Parking was a little challenge because their were not many available spots. I arrived when they opened. Others had the same idea. Buckets of different types of flowers and greenery were placed on a table in the center of the shop. My grandson and I were greeted as soon as we entered. You were able to pick the stems of your choice. Once picked you took your flowers to another table to be cut and arranged in beautiful bouquets. The entire staff was very friendly. Once your flowers were arranged, you were able to take them to the counter for payment. I purchased 32 stems which cost $20.00 plus tax. I was able to get 5 different bouquets out of them. I was truly pleased with my total experience. The flowers smelled amazing and they bought smiles to the people that we purchased them for.
