We called and were promptly given an appointment to see the doctor the very next day. The doctor determined the nature of my problem, proposed a treatment plan, and in short order deftly and painlessly removed the offending tooth. Dr McFadden and his staff turned out to be real professionals. I was very pleased and impressed with the competent care I received from Dr McFadden and the kindness and attentiveness of his staff, especially Kathy, Jen and Sam. I would also like to comment that the Specialized Surgeons of Howell office is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. He listened and addressed my concerns. Leading up to the date of surgery, the office called me several times to confirm and go over all instructions. I was very nervous the day of surgery and the staff and doctor put me at ease. I had IV sedation which made the procedure very comfortable. I left the office with clear and conscience instructions. The follow up instructions are very detailed telling me what to do throughout the day. Dr Gulati called me the evening of my surgery and staff called the following day. Dr. Gulati knew exactly what to do, and removed the gland with no nerve issues or ill effects after. I received nitrous for my procedure. Today I came back for another issue.
