DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER! RIP OFF! My 87 year old mother was clearly taken advantage of by these…read morepeople! She had a fuse that shorted out in her kitchen and made the mistake of calling this place. Her next door neighbor had already checked the outside fuses with her and they weren't working. They sent someone out who checked the same fuses they did and told them they had to send a "specialist" the next day to look at the fuses inside. Never once was the amount of money discussed between them on how much the "specialist" would charge her. I know because I spoke to the first electrician on the scene and also the second one they sent. Both electricians told me my mother would receive a bill later on the amount from the company and that they didn't know how much it would be until the work is done. The "specialist" came and even though he was told repeatedly that the short was in the kitchen, he checked every outlet there except one that he left unchecked for some reason. He then spent over FIVE HOURS looking in every part of the house and found nothing. No short. He finally made his way back to the kitchen and checked the last outlet that he purposely ignored from before and guess what? There was the short. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace the wire and he left without any word on how much my mother would be charged. He did let slip that he probably should have checked all the outlets in the kitchen first. She later received a bill for $657 bucks to replace a single wire!!! The "specialist" claimed that he gets over $128 BUCKS AN HOUR!!! What a con job! When I reached out to the owner of this company I was told that the "specialist" is supposed to check every outlet until he finds the right one and that's why it took him over five hours. I told the owner that he was looking for a short in the kitchen and asked them why he didn't check all those outlets first before moving on to the rest of the house. The answer was "that's how he works and the bill of $657 stands." After numerous conversations they refused to lower the bill. This company clearly has no problem ripping off the elderly, so why wouldn't they rip you off too? STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent service, quality work and professionalism from the owner Brian who completed our plumbing…read morejob. Very friendly, as well. The original plumber that completed our toilet installation after our floor was redone in our bathroom last spring initially did a great job. We had used him several times in the past and he did great work and we never had a problem until this toilet installation. After the install, I noticed a small leak at the base of the toilet. I contacted the plumber and he came back to look at the toilet a week later. It was a small leak so there was no hurry. By the time he came back it seemed like the leak had disappeared so we left it at that. A few weeks later the leak came back. When I tried to get the original plumber back to look at it, he made excuses and said nothing more could be done. Would not stand behind his work. That left us with a leaky toilet to fix again. The leak was small and sporadic so there was no sense of urgency to resolve, but it eventually needed to get fixed. Fast forward a few months. I found Brian's company on Yelp and gave him a call. He picked up quickly and I advised him of the problem. He said he could probably fix it and guarantee the work for up to a year after completion. He had to take a look at it first and told me what it would cost for him to come out and approximately what it would cost to fix without seeing the issue. Initially he was going to come out in a couple of days to look at it, but then called back to say he could come out that same day. He arrived when he said he would. Wore booties over his shoes to keep our house clean and then went to work on our toilet. Once the toilet was out, we found some subpar work had been done by the original plumber and one of the parts that had originally been installed was cracked and could have been the source of the leak. Brian went to work and fixed the issue by taking out the cracked part and installing the part again and making sure it was not cracked when the toilet was put back in. During the whole repair process, Brian kept me in the loop and showed me what he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He put the toilet back in and flushed it several times to check for leaks. It did not leak. I gave it a couple of days before using the toilet since some water had gotten under our flooring from the original toilet installation from the plumber. We placed a fan in there to dry it out for about 2-3 days and then flushed the toilet several times without incident. I texted Brian to let him know everything looked good for now and no leaks from the toilet. He said to contact him if there were any further issues now that his repair was complete. Brian fixed the problem that the original plumber would not. He was very reliable, efficient, friendly and did great work for me. I definitely will use him again in the future, if needed. I highly recommend Brian's company for your plumbing needs. He did a great job!!!

Brian promptly responded to my call, gave me a REASONABLE quote and came out the NEXT day! As I watched him, his work was professional, neat, excellent skill, and had the outlet replaced within an hour. We will be not only calling on him again, but referring him to our family and friends. Just like in the "good ole days", it's hard to find honest, reliable work AND people these days. You will be sure to find those qualities in the services provided by Superior Fix Handyman.
