Nice, tasty food and very friendly service. Prices are okay and I really ought to eat there more often (I dine there 3 or 4 times a year).

Very nice food, great portion sizes and decent service. However, the decor is a little dated and could do with modernising.

Have had many take aways from here. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Great place to sit in and eat too. The service is top notch.

Love this place for its fabulous food, fabulous hospitality, fabulous atmosphere with quirky blend…read moreof architectural elements that makes it deliciously unique. This is almost always the default location we have business dinners both at the company I'm at as well as every other company in the Uxbridge Business Center. We have sampled the expansive menu nearly in its entirety, and have never had anything bad. I mean, we haven't sample EVERYthing on the menu, so there's a possibility that there is something bad on the menu... but if there is, I haven't had it. In fact, Nepalese and Indian food aficionados have said it's as good as any you would find in London proper. The thought of the sizzling hot plate chicken and sweet sweet naan just makes my mouth water and my stomach growl. It's a bit out of the way of town center, but WELL worth the walk. I have work many a late night and they have stayed open past their posted times to feed me and my poor soul (unlike the Riverside on the other side of Sanderson Road, which refused to let me do take away 15 minutes before close). I highly highly highly recommend Lumbini without reservation.

Not very different from an average Indian restaurant, is not really a Nepalese one... and it is not…read morereally a good Indian one ... and i was for dinner with Indian friends. The place is ok decor, very low ceiling so you really have to watch out when you walk around not to hit your head. The food smell is really heavy and sticks to your clothes for days afterwards... personally for me it is the worse... specially on your coat. The food was really average. Mimosas were really like out of the fridge ... and the rest was too spicy to get any flavor. Personnel is nice but that is what you would expect anyway in a pricey restaurant, as the prices are quite high. You ask for Italian wine as it is on the menu, and you get a bottle from Chile... mmmm... was a typo on the menu or what?
