Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient with my questions regarding my repairs. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't know much about cars and sometimes it feels embarrassing to ask what's going on or worried that you'll be taken advantage of but I never felt on ounce of shallow character from here.
