No response to 4 follow up emails and 4 phone calls after that until March 25th. Finally quote came on March 25th. I Accepted on April 1st. No response again until I called them and asked for the status. on April 5th she emailed me that: "They normally don't accept clients in March and now we need to file extension because she doesn't have time" She was blaming us for answering to the quote email late!!! The Dude's time is far more valuable than yours. You will find out minutes before your "scheduled" appt when Siri drops you a line.
