I calmly told her that I know it must be the drivers error. Can we contact him? I also said "I just want to receive what I paid for". Her response was to hang up on me!!!!! A minute later she called me back and yelled at me that the reason she hung up was because I asked "too many questions" (Um... I only asked if she could contact the driver??) and told me she had to hang up because she had "real" customers in front of her and "didn't have time to talk to me". She hardly let me get a word in. I stayed calm and quiet and let her rant about how "they have cameras" blah blah blah. In the end I told her I would just never shop there again. That seemed to offend her, so I politely ended the call and said "good night" A $20 error us not worth my energy, but her horrible customer service lost her a long term customer.
