I have known spike in Missy for many years, and most recently have met Todd Semder, As well as Dr. Mike Evans from Sissonville West Virginia. The Warnicks, just keep getting better and better, when you're the best, I don't know how you can get any better, but they keep finding many ways to make that happen, what and incredible staff they have at all locations, I'm originally from Saint Albans, and I am very partial to that location, however, I have visited all locations and they all are great people. Melody at St Albans is one of the best I've ever seen in my life, she is so warm and pleasant and always very friendly and helpful. If I walk into the St Albans location, and I do not get to see Melody I've had a bad day. The dental hygienist, Brandy at Saint Albans is just a wonderful person, I always look forward to her checking and cleaning my teeth. The space between top and bottom teeth when your jaws at rest. I couldn't get food in my mouth or even close my lips around the teeth three months after extractions. They told me to figure it out the best way I knew how when I ask how I was supposed to eat. They told me the teeth looked good. Everyone in my family told me they looked bad and it wasn't just me not adjusting which is kinda what aspen insinuated. I don't recommend. The dentist refused to see me at my second soft reline and refused to grind down the thick spots in the dentures. Said she can not do anything while im healing. Even after healing these teeth are far too long and caused me jaw pain. I got refunded less than half my money. 1300 out of 2900. They're just after money they don't care how your smile looks. I deal with the public for my job and now im stuck with HUGE teeth that could never look natural or even passable. I hate the dentist there. The assistant aren't any better. Save your smile and go somewhere else.

I called back and asked then to send it and the receptionist was condescending and finally stated "We'll get to it when we can"...I guess because I chose the dentist I wanted. To beat it all, I'm returning to Dr Spears for my dentures after I have this procedure so it's not like they're loosing business. Not to mention the reason I'm being put to sleep anyway is because when Dr Spears removed teeth this last time it was EXCRUCIATING and I ended up having to go to ER 2 days later for pain management and antibiotics! So I'd sat it's like a pool with no lifeguard...go at your own risk!!!!

Also I booked to have an appointment at 10:15 and arrived early at about 9:40 or so. Waited for an hour and a half while other people that were there after me went before me. I was then told that I would be soon, only to wait another 30 minute. My patience was running low so I left, they also said when I was leaving that I didn't even have an appointmen, which I specifically called and set up one. Went back in for a school excuse and said they couldnt give me one. DO NOT GO HERE.
