I had modifications done to my car along with a bumper repair, and when I got it back there were still a few sensor codes showing. A new light-related code also appeared, but I genuinely think it was missed because the other sensor errors were already active from a modification I had done myself. After noticing it, we realized the brake lights weren't working properly. What I appreciated most was that the mechanics actually took the time to track down the issue instead of brushing it off. Not only did they fix the brake light problem, but they also got the other sensor codes cleared and saved me what probably would have been a huge bill at Audi for recalibration. They also sent me photos throughout the entire process while my car was being worked on, which I really appreciated. The labor time was reasonable, the pricing was fair, and I never felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Overall, they were honest, communicative, and clearly cared about making things right. I'd definitely trust them with my car again.
