After contacting Neligan's stating that I would like them to do the repair work, they kept me updated and were honest (that they were very busy, but they would work this project in asap). They were able to repair it before the original date and Matt and Chip were very nice and professional. I wanted to save the bricks and I said they could stay where they landed in the yard/that they don't need to do any extra work moving them anywhere. When they finished, the bricks were in a nice pile :) THANK YOU for making time for my small repair job- it made a world of difference to my family. I strongly recommend them and will use them for larger roofing jobs in the future (if only those other companies realized that even though this job may be small, I could be a future customer with larger projects). Thank you!!!

They were better on all counts than anyone else that came to give an estimate, and they offered a better price with more included features than anyone else.

I'm surprised by Marcus's review. I went with Poe after talking to several other roofing…read morecontractors. What swayed me in the end was the fact that 4-5 neighbors up the street had all used them and couldn't say enough good things about how happy they were and how well the projects went. It took a little longer than expected to get our roof but it was due to weather delays. Once they got started it took two full days (no working on Sunday). They actually finished as it was starting to rain again. The roof looks great. In fact my immediate neighbor just used them and are just as pleased. In fact they did the roof and painted the house as well.

As far as the roof goes, they did a fine job. However, there was an issue regarding our chimney…read moreand the roof damage in that area, which our insurance co. threatened to cancel our policy over, if it wasn't repaired in a certain amount of time. The rep from Poe that handled our case kept saying that he was trying to get the insurance co. to cover the chimney work also. I told him that, in order to not get our policy cancelled, we were perfectly willing to pay them to just go ahead and fix it. At that same time, I also asked him to give me an estimate for replacing the siding on our house too...so they could have made a LOT more money from us if he had just ACTED on what I was requesting. But he just kept saying the same thing every time I called, and eventually he stopped returning my calls and texts, and I haven't heard from him since. I ended up having to hire another company to take care of the repair, in order to not have our insurance policy cancelled, and they also got the job of replacing the siding, and painting the whole house. And I STILL have not heard a word from Poe, or received the estimate I requested. Bottom line: They can do a good roof job, but once they have their money, they don't have the time of day for you. So if you decide to go with Poe construction, 'Good luck'.

Paver installation and sealing!!!…read more If you are looking for a paver company, look no further! Lima Stoneworks is the best. Incredible craftsmanship, timely and great prices!!! Their communication with me throughout the whole process was second to none. The owner came out to provide me with a quote and offered awesome suggestions I hadn't thought of when planning my patio extension. The pavers for the extension are perfectly matched to my existing patio. I couldn't be happier. And not only that, they went above and beyond and fixed some loose and sinking pavers that had previously been installed by another company. After the job was completed, I had them seal all of my pavers and it's literally the best I've ever seen. I used Paver Pro for sealing in the past and it was the worst application of sealant, sloppy job and didn't last for even a full month. Lima Stoneworks has restored my faith!!
