It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Chris, from the time we met, was so laid back and easy to talk to. He described the process in detail to me, especially knowing that this was my first time getting an inspection done. Before he started his work, he asked me if there was anything in particular that I wanted him to look at first -- we went through that list first. During the entire process, I was a curious one, so I kept asking a lot of questions and Chris explained to me each and everything in quite a detail. You can see and feel that he's passionate about what he does and he enjoys this work. It took about 3.5 hrs to complete the entire house inspection (3000 sq ft). His report came in the very night in the email and it was pretty thorough with pictures of things that he would want the builder to take care of. All in all, I'm very happy with Chris. I would highly recommend him to others and I will use him again in the future when the time for need arrives.
