Onto the home inspection, Jonny went out to the property and inspected from top to bottom, my report was 38 pages, everything was explained in great detail~ this was on a new construction home. He described the process in detail to me, especially knowing that this was my first time getting an inspection done. Before he started his work, he asked me if there was anything in particular that I wanted him to look at first -- we went through that list first. During the entire process, I was a curious one, so I kept asking a lot of questions and Chris explained to me each and everything in quite a detail. You can see and feel that he's passionate about what he does and he enjoys this work. It took about 3.5 hrs to complete the entire house inspection (3000 sq ft).
