I called them up and talked to a rep named Stevie. My situation was a bit different in that I was cleaning out my deceased fathers home and lived 8 hours away. She came up with the perfect solution and the best price. They dropped off two spotless cans; one for trash and one for recycling. I've been using them since around April, 2017. Their bulk pickup service is the best!! No more trips to the dump (at a minimum charge of $7.50 plus aggravation and the smell of Cherry Island!). A friendly, knowledgeable staff who really know what they're doing, not some robotic person reading canned answers about how they can't accommodate you, or that will be an extra $X. I know it's just a trash company, but it's so nice to call a company and have a real, live person answer and treat you in a friendly manner. I can't recommend them enough. After all was said and done, I would have contracted with them even without the Veteran discount due to the service I received. Don't deal with the monster trash companies who could care less about your account. Give these guys your business, you won't be sorry.

They had canceled their service but the company did not come to pick up their trash cans. I have called three times over the course of 4 weeks and they keep saying that a "work order has been placed" but nobody comes to pick up the trash cans. I'm glad that I did not sign up for their service; I can't imagine how bad they would be at picking up the trash for customers who are paying for their services. Clearly their reputation is so bad that they are not in need of more trash cans. If it was possible to leave a star rating below 1, I would.
