I love big corporations run by young people! Before I picked up my car I received a call from…read moreJessie (I believe) to let me know the type of car I wanted was not in stock BUT they could have one driven over from their sister office one exit away. I appreciated the call! When I walked in to pick up my car I was greeted by two smiling faces and a flood of positive energy. The office opened at 9:00 and I was there at 9:15, approximately. Greeting was warm and welcoming. Told them who I was and they assured me as soon as their other coworker arrived they would bring over the other car. While waiting I noticed that with each customer they greeted them the same; friendly, positive, upbeat! I felt as though I was in good hands. My car arrived. They helped me decide if I needed to perhaps upgrade for more truck space or if what I had was sufficient. They went out of their way to show me other cars while doing so in the cold weather. I made my decision and was pleased that I would be getting a lower rate. When I booked the vehicle it was one price but when I picked it up the price had dropped. They honored the difference and left me with more money in my pocket! The day I returned the vehicle that office was closed due to severe ice/snow storm warnings. I was not able to tell them in person how much I appreciated their professionalism and positive personalities. If ever in Union City, GA (not CA) please pop in to say hello and encourage them. Young people today do not seem to know what customer service is. Jessie and Q definitely do! Enterprise could learn a lot from this dynamic duo. Overall Enterprise Customer Service is horrible. Thank God for these two who obviously didn't learn from corporate! I think it was great upbringing on behalf of their parents!

So this is a continuation of my first review someone in customer service said they would look into…read morethe situation contact me this was almost 3 weeks ago none of that has happened so actually when we were stranded we call customer service again we were out there until 12:00 midnight with no way home we have to contact a taxi cab customer service actually had the nerve to tell us the call the police have them bring us to a hotel that they would pay for and we declined that cuz it sounded ridiculous to call the police and so we contacted our own taxi after they promised us an Uber that had never came and we had to pay $320 to get home so with that being said I made my review customer service asked me to send in the information and while I of course never got a call back and it's been 3 weeks now so again this is a privately owned company there is no corporate if something goes wrong you are just stranded they never even sent us another car left us stranded I can't believe what I went through I thought this was a reputable company and as we all can see now it is not
