Jaterria and Jalen saved our day today! After a stressful morning going to another Hertz location…read morethat didnt have any cars available (after the Hertz rep we spoke to last night supposedly confirmed our reservation there) and being told to go to the Atlanta airport (which also supposedly didnt have any cars available), we finally made our way to this location! Again, I cannot emphasize how accommodating and just all around calming of an experience it was to meet Jaterria and Jalen! Thank you so much!

I have used this location multiple times....the interior has changed....management has changed but…read moreone thing that has NEVER changed is AALIYAH!!!!! Aaliyah is one of the NICEST...MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I have EVER dealt with. She smiles and remains nice even when the customers are nasty, mean and difficult. Her level of AWESOME is UNMATCHED! The system is down and customers are grumbling....while the manager stopped by and wouldnt come on to assist .....Aaliyah was apologizing and thanking you for your patience. No cars available? The drivers are otw back with cars OR she's calling the airport or another location. She matches energy, positively instead of stopping to their level and that can't be taught and speaks to the person. Hertz needs to give this woman a raise!

This was by far the most frightening and unacceptable rental car experience I have ever had. After…read morereceiving the vehicle from National Car Rental in Atlanta, I discovered a firearm left in the back seat and what appeared to be blood on the driver-side door. I was genuinely terrified for my life. I had no idea who the firearm belonged to, whether it had been involved in a crime, or why there appeared to be blood inside the vehicle. No customer should ever be placed in a situation this dangerous. National clearly failed to properly inspect and clean the vehicle before handing me the keys. This was not a minor cleanliness issue or inconvenience. It was a serious safety failure that could have resulted in devastating consequences. A firearm should never make it through National's vehicle return, cleaning, and inspection process and into the hands of another customer. I am extremely disappointed, disturbed, and traumatized by this experience. National needs to investigate exactly how this happened, take responsibility, and ensure no other customer is ever put in this position. I will never forget how scared I felt, and I would strongly caution others before renting from this location.

I love big corporations run by young people! Before I picked up my car I received a call from…read moreJessie (I believe) to let me know the type of car I wanted was not in stock BUT they could have one driven over from their sister office one exit away. I appreciated the call! When I walked in to pick up my car I was greeted by two smiling faces and a flood of positive energy. The office opened at 9:00 and I was there at 9:15, approximately. Greeting was warm and welcoming. Told them who I was and they assured me as soon as their other coworker arrived they would bring over the other car. While waiting I noticed that with each customer they greeted them the same; friendly, positive, upbeat! I felt as though I was in good hands. My car arrived. They helped me decide if I needed to perhaps upgrade for more truck space or if what I had was sufficient. They went out of their way to show me other cars while doing so in the cold weather. I made my decision and was pleased that I would be getting a lower rate. When I booked the vehicle it was one price but when I picked it up the price had dropped. They honored the difference and left me with more money in my pocket! The day I returned the vehicle that office was closed due to severe ice/snow storm warnings. I was not able to tell them in person how much I appreciated their professionalism and positive personalities. If ever in Union City, GA (not CA) please pop in to say hello and encourage them. Young people today do not seem to know what customer service is. Jessie and Q definitely do! Enterprise could learn a lot from this dynamic duo. Overall Enterprise Customer Service is horrible. Thank God for these two who obviously didn't learn from corporate! I think it was great upbringing on behalf of their parents!

They were told how many people we needed to accommodate and the vehicle they sent, a regular sprinter van wasn't even close to the size needed for the amount of people we had. Some of the people had to end up following the van in their personal cars to the destination. The driver stated it wasn't his fault because he used this company to book the job and wasn't informed about how many people it would be. We contacted this company and explained what happened and they refused to compensate us in anyway even though half of the people couldn't fit in the van. Horrible experience would NOT recommend using them ever.
