I was rushed and bombarded by the doctor and staff, and the focus quickly shifted to pushing Invisalign instead of addressing the actual problem I came in for. The quote was $4,000. It was never addressed by Dr. Khan in prior visits until I came in for an "emergency " visit. It was an insulting for the benefit of their office commission sales. On top of that the dental hygienist used a slew of terms that are not even dental terms to describe my teeth telling me they would fall out by the time I was an age I pretty much already am. I have considerable dental work and this is by far the worst I've gotten. Probably will find someone else to redo the work I had done. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. From the front desk to the dental assistants & hygienists, to Dr P; everyone is SO friendly, and professional. The staff know me and my husband so well by name, they even ask about our pets! Dr P is also the kindest, most down to earth dentist I've ever met. They are easy to schedule with, and Dr P has seen me several times on short notice due to tooth chipping & a cracked tooth. They are listed as bilingual dentist- English & Polish- and I see that have a lot of Polish patients, but we are English speaking only, so don't let that stop you from coming if you aren't polish Also just in the last couple years she opened up a brand new office, and it is gorgeous! It's a modern farmhouse feel, perfectly decorated, clean, beautiful, and feels more like a spa when you walk in than a dentist office. Lastly (this is the longest review ever lol), they are also very well priced! Her prices are slightly under the IL average for dental! It's worth noting that for many years we had Delta Dental, which they are IN NETWORK with, but then our insurance switched to MetLife, which APG is NOT in network with. After seeing Dr P for 10 years, I did not want to leave this practice over insurance so I had them run my MetLife OUT OF NETWORK insurance & the cost has basically been the same as when they were IN NETWORK. So point being, if they aren't in network with your insurance, try running it OUT OF NETWORK bc you still get some coverage that way, and you may find, like me, that the price difference was minuscule and it was worth staying because of the quality of care & friendliness of their practice. 5/5 star recommend! -Hillary M
