Moved from Pensacola, FL to Bluffton in early March into the first stucco home I've ever owned. The…read morehouse, driveway, sidewalk and porch needed power washing. I've always power washed my homes myself, but since this one is stucco, I decided to turn to a professional. I asked neighbors and got quotes from companies that wash many homes in my neighborhood. Honestly the quotes I received were frankly outrageous and believe that were basically gouging given the economy. I turned to Yelp and found Fire Line Power Wash. Since it was a small business and owned by a local firefighter, I decided to ask for a quote. Within 10 minutes, I was asked if I could send pictures of my house, which I provided. Following that I received a very detailed professionally crafted quote that was VERY reasonable. I replied, YOU'RE HIRED, when can you provide the service? Two days later I met Caleb, owner of Fire Line Power Wash and a local firefighter stationed on Hilton Head. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL who started this company just over a month ago as a second job. He learned power washing working with his father's company in Colorado. As I walked Caleb around the house, he explained what he would do which also involved a discussion on protecting my flowers and plants. He immediately went to work with top line professional equipment and did an OUTSTANDING JOB on everything I asked him to power wash. He also meticulously washed my large sunroom windows like you see professional window washers do, by hand. I can't say enough about this young man. He is the real deal. Professional to the core, friendly, great sense of humor and humble. Plus, he even sent me a handwritten "Thank You," card after the job was finished, for hiring him. When was the last time a contractor you hired did that? If you need something power washed, PLEASE LOOK no further than FIRE LINE POWER WASH!!!!! Let's support a local firefighter because he supports us. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with Caleb and his new company - Fire Line Power Wash. Sincerely, "TK" CAPT, USN (Ret)
