I had a disappointing experience with this company. After discussing the different paper thickness,…read moreI asked Erica for a quote, she wrote the prices on a sticky note and handed it to me, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, I ordered samples and specifically requested an 8.5x11" size, when I came back to pick up the samples, they printed smaller version while charging $10 per sample stating that the file was that size. Other companies printed the same file at the correct size without extra charges. Additionally, there was no communication from their team about this issue. As a business owner, I was eager to work with them on brochures and marketing materials, but this experience has led me to choose a different company. I won't be recommending their services to any of my business partners. Very disappointed.

Great pictures bad service! We've been trying to get pictures from our daughters first Nutcracker…read moreperformance since February. There were issues with the permissions on the website and we couldn't order. This went on for a few months, we still haven't had a response from Ms. Yap, and the dance studio said all the pictures have been deleted, and they are sorry. It seems odd to me that a licensed professional photographer does not keep images longer than 4 months. Although the the pictures were almost 3x's the amount of money than the other photographers our daughters Gymnastics, and modern dance charge. We wanted them because it was her first ever recital and she was 3 years old at the time. My opinion is if you're going to charge on the high end of photographers the customer service needs to be superior. No return calls, or emails in months from a company is very unprofessional. This is to the point we are pulling our daughter out of the school to not have these issues again after her next recital. But that's another review for that company.

I reached out and the advice from the photographer was that her system had an issue, so if I wanted photos I'd need to replace my order. I waited two weeks for my refund from the original order to place the new order, but now they're unavailable to order. I reached out to the photographer as well as her dance studio. They've been trying for over three months to get ahold of her via phone and email, with no luck. Shady. Shady. Shady. She has photos of MY CHILD that I didn't sign off on permission, but I can't have copies? Sounds like a law suit waiting to happen, especially with how many other parents also haven't received their photos

My 1st photo shoot was with this company on 09/12/13. WOW - so much fun! I had envisioned this…read morephoto-shoot 6 months ago, it was something I've wanted to do with my kid sister, unique and super creative. Not the usual family portraits. I've known Steve for years and have been watching him grow his portfolio (via shares on Facebook). I don't know why I was so hesitant to commit for so long. I've done some other modeling shoots with other professional photographers, so my expectations are probably higher than the average person. http://www.facebook.com/PatrickStudios All I can say is HE READ MY MIND! The flow, the shoot, it just worked seamlessly. I had a lot of ideas and it was definitely a collaborative process between all of us, including his two assistance. He has all the gear, lenses lighting, background studio options and on-site photography, he even did some pre-shoot reconnaissance, sent me photos of ideas of where we could shoot in addition to where I thought might be best. The funniest part, we didn't end up using any of them, we found some impromptu sites and IT JUST WORKED! The idea and locations just morphed into better than planned. MAGIC! I know he does weddings, family portraits, boudoir, professional modeling shoots (for clothes/designers), and creative you-call-it shoots. Not certain if he does any videography. The variety is varied and he's definitely got a style. Very professional, super nice people to work with. Great service and quick delivery of my pictures. I had access to them (edited) within 48 hours. I found the pricing to be very value-driven. Our shoot lasted over 2-hours and I didn't feel rushed or pressured, in fact, the two hours flew by. Like I said before, it was FUN, but maybe that's just me, but everyone at the locations seemed upbeat and supportive! I'll attach a couple pictures, since our shoot was old-timey with the theme of people in transition.

They took the time to figure out what I had built before, who my company was, what we wanted to portray to our clients, my demographics of viewers and potential buyers, and so much more. Every step of the way they helped to explain web jargon to me, show me different options, new and exciting tech plugins, all while keeping on schedule. I used to be embarrassed about my website before Tytanium, but now I'm ecstatic to be sharing it! The two most important characteristics of Tytanium Ideas, in my opinion, is their jovial family style of welcoming you to their team while treating you like they care about you and your needs, and also that they cared deeply about providing real value to me and my company. It is rare to find a company in any industry that talks, performs, and delivers with the caliber of care and passion that Tytanium does.
