Went to one of these 10 years ago. Zero value -- no lessons learned but it was entertaining in a ridiculous way -- Steve Forbes ranted on about the need to "respect the dollar", Rudy Giuliani told us to get a computer (this was 2014, everyone already had a pc), Goldie Hawn giggled a bunch (I think she was doped up), Zig Ziglar's daughter interviewed him via video link but he was about a week away from being dead so she just regurgitated some buzz words and he nodded, and some snake oil salesman pitched his real estate program (supposedly his 6th grader was making millions from it). Some other huckster had a stock picking program. Using 20-20 hindsight he showed us charts for selected stocks that followed a screwy pattern. Paid $149 for an event in Los Angeles that was supposed to have been rescheduled. The event person Eliora asked that we email so they could receive confirmation that we knew the event was rescheduled. I email back asking for a refund. My email came back that the email address was incorrect, the phone number listed came back busy and I NEVER want to ever do a program with this company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. read more

Awful, I wanted to attend this seminar but they moved the venue from the Infinite Energy arena in Duluth to the GA World Congress Center downtown Atlanta. I only wanted to attend because of the original location which is only 25mins.for me. The 2nd location would be an hour plus in Atlanta's traffic on a Tuesday morning.No way! I think it is in very poor taste to move the venue after you've already purchased your tickets. I tried to get refund well before the event and was promised I would receive it. I called several times and still no refund and now the event has passed. Never again. read more

Their Tony Robbins events are incredibly cheap. Why? Because the BIG money comes from selling your personal information. The smaller events are free. Guess how! You can upgrade to a Q&A luncheon with a speaker that will leave after a few minutes, or to get access to a non existent VIP lounge. read more

I purchased tickets to a seminar on March 26th in Georgia. On Feb 15th they sent out a text stating the venue was being changed to accommodate more people. I immediately called to let them know I couldn't attend the new venue because of my disability which was an hour more than the original and if this had been the original venue I would have never purchased the tickets. The manager John told me they have a no refund policy and that he was going to speak to the CEO and get back to me. I never received a call back. I tried calling back and he was in a meeting or off. I sent an email and received a reply on March 22nd from an employee there stating my refund was being processed. I never received it. I emailed back 1 day after the event and she said she would call me when the refund was processed. I've yet to receive a refund and spoke with John today who told me he will have the CEO call me. I have yet to receive a call. I am livid at the way this company treats people. You can't move a venue an hour away and expect people to conform to the original agreement. There was no way for me to try and sell them because I was told I was getting a refund. They stole $215.33 from me!! I am writing to inform you of how incredibly disappointed in your program that I am. This was certainly not worth the $149/ticker that my company shelled out to be there. I recently took myself and 2 coworkers to the Atlanta Get Motivated Seminar at the Georgia World Congress Center. First, we paid for the $149 Platinum Level seating. Our expectation was that this would be comfortable seating that would sustain us for the day of speakers. Imagine our surprise when we ended up in the basement of the Georgia World Congress Center and found incredibly uncomfortable and packed together fold out chairs. I couldn't believe that this was what $149 had bought us. Not to mention the fact that they were claustrophobically packed so tightly that you couldn't possibly move to take notes. After the first speaker (Les Brown - who was fantastic) we all had to get up and move to the back of the audience. No forethought had been given to putting up additional tables or any space for folks to do some work if necessary. But that was ok, as we had paid the additional cost to have all day access to the Diamond Lounge area. Which brings me to the next issue with the ticketing and what we paid - there was no Diamond Lounge access. Now as an experiment, and only after I had confirmed with 3 different people, I ran into Mr. Forte (Owner of Get Motivated) and feigned ignorance on knowing who he was. I asked him about the Diamond Lounge Access. He made a phone call and informed me, very graciously, that it was on the next level up in room 207. Having already been to room 207 I knew already that it was set up for the Luncheon scheduled for that day. In other words, again, there was no Diamond Lounge. I have paid for an experience, much like the ridiculous seating, that was woefully wanting. So after Les Brown - again amazing - was a bunch of filler. It was essentially like the taping of really bad infomercials - No idea who any of these folks were because, guess what, there were no programs handed out. No schedule of events. No coordinated effort to help me navigate an entire day of speakers. Nothing. Instead of trained staff, there were...teenagers, running around as ushers, general help, staff. No adults that I could see that had any semblance of organization. Except the Mary Kay reps at the front door. The next few speakers were there hawking wares of their own and in no way motivational. One man was the typical, I can show you how to invest $0 and make $900,000 profit in one year. So buy my exclusive 1 day program for $695 - ridiculous. We walked out and went upstairs to wait on Chipper Jones and lunch. What an absolute disaster that was. Queued up for over an hour. Since no one was really sure what time lunch was supposed to be starting (no schedule or events) folks started lining up about 11:45. Sometime around 12:50 we were allowed in the room. Awaiting us was a hastily put together salad and a dessert. We were told "please don't wait to start eating we have a limited amount of time". We had waited over an hour for this...to then be told we have to hurry. Food was atrocious. The green beans were quite literally raw. No one at the table ate them. It was a joke. Chipper then got up and spoke for 15 minutes and that was it. We were then asked to leave. My team and I left the room and the conference. Your program was a terrible waste of money and I can assure you that no one from my company will be going to another one. I want to know what the steps are for issuing a full refund for this. Horrible service. Avoid if you can. Offers "millionaire" workshops at a low entry fee but sells you packages when you attend the seminar at a couple thousand dollars. That may be well and fine but when you encounter a problem, support is non existent. The 1800 number sends you on a wait list probably a good 45 - 1 hour and a half. Maybe more. When I actually talked to someone, they only offered to reschedule another workshop many miles out of town and another 1800 number to call. read more
