Awesome service from this company! It's a Hot day to lock myself out of the car. Luckily, Lenny saved the day. I waited about 20 minutes, and he had my car opened quick! I'm impressed with the professional service. They have an easy to spot van, which is helpful. Very courteous, and nice. I'll keep their number in my phone and everyone should. You never think you'll lock yourself out, but it happens.

I called Get Locksmith at 2pm on a Saturday... I asked if they could come to my house to install and switch some deadbolts from one door to another. After calling another company and getting the "We don't work after 2pm on Saturday and a rediculous service for just showing up"... I was so happy with the prompt service and I also asked the locksmith gent to install something for me... And he did it!!!

Someone tried to steal our vehicle and damaged the ignition. Apparently this happens often In Vegas as he repaired another one the same day We were stranded in Vegas. Get locksmith came with in 2 hrs and replaced our ignition cylinder. Saved us from being stranded in Vegas and having to get towed to a repair shop and wait who knows how long for them to fix it. I strongly recommend this business! read more

I have a bad habit of losing my keys. These guys have saved my butt a couple times. They are really fast! They always dispatch whoever is closest to you and in my case I was told 30 min it was more like 15 min till they arrived. I also got locked out of my house when I lost my whole set of keys so they unlocked the house for me as well, and it was very good price point and nice people. Saving this number for the future in case it ever happens again! read more

Horrible! Website looks legit, they are not. Phone quote $75, after a long wait, texting images of the lock and their needing two people to replace it - we were charged $180. No professional dress, vans, etc. Two guys working out of their cars using product out of their trunks with no packaging. It was really bad. Will be contacting the business owner Monday. The reviews looks good which is why we selected them. But we did not get what the website offered. BEWARE - Call someone else! read more

On the phone, Leo was courteous and helpful, though I am disappointed that the service was not speedy or honest at all. I was told a locksmith would call me shortly. I did not hear from anyone after 20 mins, so I called to get a rough eta of a call or arrival. I was told dispatch would notify me "right now," and nothing still. To make a long story short, in the time I spent waiting, I was able to coordinate a friend to pick up my house keys from my fiance at work (across town), then pick me up at the location where I was locked out, bring me to my house and back to my vehicle. This service couldn't pull it off this time. read more

These guys were great and reasonable. I was locked out of my house again ! Lol . They were there in 25 minutes. Picked the lock rather than drill a hole through my door like the last guys. It took him 5 mins or so. Pretty Clutch for needing to get to work. $80. Could be worse. read more

So, they showed up quick and i realize its the same locksmith that showed up for an old lady about 6 months ago at a gas station that was locked out of her car. This guy was trying to charge her 130 for a 5 minute unlock. He argued with me and the lady until he came down to 70 bucks. Anyways he unlocks my van, and after i had received word by this company on the phone that they would take credit card, he says he cant accept CC cause he doesn't have the machine, so i end up having to drive to gas station and take money out for the guy. I appreciated the quick unlock, but this guy is unprofessional as hell. Be careful also he wanted to text my CC numbers to someone at his office, which is not a safe way to be using your credit card. I wont call them again. read more

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. My recommendation for future business practices with alarm companies like SAS Alarms. Read all of the terms and conditions of the conditions of the agreement before you sign any agreement. Any questions you have or doubts don't sign until you get advice from a professional it will save you money and time. You may find that you more responsibility to be in compliance with alarm companies terms and conditions than you expected. Clauses like the company is not responsible for any verbal promises made by employees. The credit application is not only a credit worthiness. It can be used against future credit ratings if not fully in compliance or back out of the contract for unforeseen reasons or dissatisfaction. Watch your credit card charges you many be charged for services even as I was which can result in a credit card dispute. Do not rely on the office manager or billing clerk to correct anything you think is wrong. Above all remember you cannot rely on verbal promises it changes as much as the weather in Las Vegas. If you cancel your system, your fault their fault or not satisfied the service. Keep in mind that credit application it can be used against you in unfavorable credit reporting. Any future comments or concerns may addressed to her. Brian Laffery is the sales representative who initialed the agreement on the inactive alarm system in my home. He did a through floor plan agreed to my terms to keep the current system in place and have the installer check the all circuits to insure they were still active and install a new attachment to the current panel box for $99 dollar install with $49.50 up front $49.50 upon completion using my credit card. My questions was there a requirement for a credit application on the original only and why didn't appear on my copy?? Why did Brian never consult with me on the reverse side of the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. Which may have been a factor in accepting or rejecting the S&S agreement. Side didn't notice it for months after signing it with a friend point it out to me? Installer took about 20 minutes to install an attachment to the Control Panel. I pointed out all the window, movement and door circuits, inside screamer. outside bell which notifies neighbors since it my be ancient to the young installer. I request a new battery for the control panel, and couldn't remember the last it was replaced and didn't want a communication breakdown!! I was told by the installer that the office manager/billing clerk it was $59 plus tax which had to be paid upon install??? Why would a battery be charged against a if a completing new system for $99 same billing clerk charge $199 for install to my credit card Disputed with credit card company had one other isse with another credit on the account Is currently inactive with a new credit card pending. Issue of a password, some how after checks of the system technician set up the security password to this system not Brian, with in Bold Letter Attention is directed to Conditions on the Reverse Side and had me back date it 3/4/2026. More than a questionable business practice!!! I am awaiting a response from your company with a detailed explanations of each of your business practices. No accredation with the Better Business Bureau and which can be referred to the AARP Nevada stop Scams and Fraud hot hotline!

These guys are honest, I have been ripped off by other locksmith companies in the past and these guys are fast, professional, and affordable. Will recommend to my friends!
