The place seemed a bit run down and very different from photos other Yelpers posted 3+ yrs ago. We walked around for a good 20 minutes, no one was there or came out to help us. The prices on everything had faded. Finally I heard a radio sound coming from the office and I went in and asked the guy if he could help us. He came out, plugged the fountains into the electric socket and went back into his office, lol. So this time we looked at the fountains that were working. A few under the roof still had legible price tags but I couldn't understand why 2 fountains of the same size varied in price so much. Unfortunately the gentleman working there didn't speak much English. I ended up buying a small fountain and I got my sister a pretty turquoise bird bath which I got a good price for since the glaze was peeling. My fountain makes more of a clopping sound when water goes through that's why I put stones. Maybe that's why some of the same fountains were more expensive, the cut outs are a little different as these seem hand made and they make different waterfall sounds. It was hard to tell when they were all on at the place. But I'm happy with my little fountain.

The tables are trendy and cool, the presentation is flawless. If I could, I would throw away all I had and start over exclusively from here. We were aware that the employees keep a larger dog behind the counter, but no guidance or warnings were given about keeping small dogs away from that area. While our little white chihuahua was sniffing near the counter area, the larger dog pounced and caused bleeding on our dog's ear, likely from contact with its claw. When we informed the employees, there was no apology, and only afterward did they mention that they are unsure how their dog reacts around small dogs and that they sometimes keep her away. We asked for a napkin to help with the bleeding and were not assisted, though they did provide the code for the nearest restroom so we could clean her ear ourselves. With clearer communication upfront about their dog and guidance for customers with small pets, this situation may have been avoided.

Oh where to begin! When I give someone a budget I expect they will honor it. Well, not in this…read morecase. After we spent thousands of dollars on design fees, the quote for the furniture and rugs exceeded our budget by 33%. When questioned, Jim replied... "Oh, the budget for decorating never includes design fees, tax, or delivery". Wow, that would have been nice to know upfront. In all my business dealings a budget is a budget. Our issues started early and continued almost 18 months Jim came up with 5 designs for our great room. Of course, we paid for this in design time. We spent hours going thru magazines to show Jim what our taste in decorating was. We wanted "comfortable and classy", what he came back with looked nothing like what we had asked for. Clearly, he didn't listen but was happy to charge us for more time spent on design. The furniture he quoted was overpriced even with the "designer discount" as I found it less expensive online. When we informed Jim that we would order some furniture ourselves he told us he strongly advised against it stating the problems that can arise that often need attorneys to get involved. Well, the opposite happened, our online orders were handled very well with strong communication and delivery included in our pricing. In addition, when the first set of chairs, ordered thru Ireko, arrived they were damaged, then again 5 months later when the "repaired" chairs were received, once again they were damaged in different places. So much for careful inspection before we came to pick them up...oh, I forgot, the freight charged is to a storage facility, not to your home. That is an extra delivery charge. I have been in business for 48 years and have never felt such abuse and condescension.
