GetGo seems to be helping build many along the corridor. There is a huge cluster on Route 30 in North Versailles area and that just happens to be where this location is. Not surprising in the least is that in order for this one to be built another gas station had to be torn down. Along with the old gas station (Marathon if you were wondering) a King's restaurant went away as well. Because of this, the GetGo has a large footprint in terms of land. Right at the intersection of Route 30 (Lincoln Higway) and Mosside Blvd (State Route 48) this place will naturally be busy. This location has only been open for a few weeks, maybe two months at this point. That means that everything is brand new in here and every update to a store that you see will be in here. Plenty of pumps for your gas needs. Inside is large, allowing for easy shopping for snacks and drinks. Hot food available for order through the touch screen kiosks. There is a self checkout if you are in a hurry and don't need anything from behind the counter. The one downside I see here is the sign along the road advertising the price. Giant Eagle has this thing through GetGo that if you link your checking account to your Advantage Card you get a cheaper price. They usually have that price listed first and is misleading when you are comparing prices in the area. If you do not have the checking account/Advantage Card linkage you will not receive that price.

We chose a fruit salad, potato chips, and two beverages from the store, and we ordered two submarine sandwiches from the made-to-order counter. The cashier immediately rang up our purchase, and she told us to have a good day. Several minutes later, an employee correctly made our foods, and he sincerely thanked us. My husband and I did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, so I cannot comment on them. I do know that if you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here. At the picnic later, we ate our foods and drinks, and they tasted OK to great.

The cost is reasonable to boot. This was before Covid. I haven't gone since. Today I stopped in at 8 AM there are 30 people inside. There is 1 employee running 2 cash registers. There are people coming in without masks and the employees don't say a single word. They need to limit the people entering if they cannot staff this facility. Beyond this they are doing absolutely nothing to social distance. The isles used to be marked. The capacity of the store should be maybe 10 customers at a time to safely run this store. This is profit over people plain and simple. If you cannot run your business properly then close it down.

A pump was available for our use, so we did not have to wait in a line of vehicles. The price of $4.999 per gallon was comparable to what other gas stations charge, and we experienced no waits or malfunctioning with the pump. Note: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can earn Perks here and later redeem them for discounts on gas and groceries. We did not use the convenience store or the GetGo Cafe, so I cannot comment on them.

To note it is at a very busy intersection on Route 30 in Jeannette. This sits between two red light intersections, on a busy day this can be quite a chore to get in and out of. With it being brand new the location has all the bells and whistles. The gas island is set off to one side of the lot making it fairly easy if you are just getting gas. There is also a free air spot for your tires. The store portion is pretty great. It has that industrial feel. It has all that you would expect to find when it comes to convenience. This location also has a fairly extensive selection of beer and wine. The hot prepared food section is rather nice looking. I cannot speak to the speed or quality of the food as I was just looking for a quick drink after fueling up my vehicle. One added bonus at this location is kind of hidden. Prior to this being a GetGo a PNC Bank sat at the location. PNC didn't completely go away. In the back right corner there sits a drive up ATM, brought to you by no other than PNC.

On a recent trip to my parent's home I decided to take the long way. That meant as little four…read morelane roads as possible. I wasn't in a hurry and I wanted to see some things I hadn't seen before. In order to do that, I needed to fill up my gas tank. Enter GetGo. I haven't been to this area in a while and had no clue that a GetGo had opened. I tend to lean towards their gas more and more when in the area. Pulling in this is a fairly large lot which accommodates many vehicles. Lots of pumps so getting gas is not a problem. After fueling up my car I made my way inside. I wanted to grab a few things before I hit the road the rest of the way. I was happy to see that they offer greeting cards since I was in need of one, cut out another stop along my way. I picked one out, got myself a gift card from their small selection that covers many different items, got a drink and made my way to the register. This location, much like the newer ones, now has a self checkout register. That does make a faster experience, but I did not go this route. The employee I interacted with was very polite. Made things go a lot smoother for me. I actually liked this location as it helped me avoid another stop on the way home.
