Chatham police car was parked outside the store nearest to the front door. The officer was not there to get gas. I don't remember seeing the officer in the store. Ordered egg only breakfast sandwich. Today 1.22.2026 The cook, a dark skinned black woman with one half dyed hair and multiple wholes in her nose cooked my vegetable breakfast sandwich with someone else's meat on the same plate. She put's the meat on both fried eggs. She tried to ignore me so I had to speak louder to get her attention. She get's rude with me and tells me to shut up. She says it is my sandwich. I said I ordered my sandwich with no meat. She then questioned why I was checking my food so hard. She begins talking louder than me. Security show's up, but doesn't say anything. I explain that mixing food especially without changing gloves can be dangerous especially for people with food allergies. This could potentially kill someone. And a religious person isn't going to appreciate pork being placed on their fried eggs. My breakfast was ruined. I spent $20 when I should have asked for a refund. I stopped talking to her and started talking to the people around watching. She continued to try to argue with me. I had to tell her multiple times I was not talking to her. Looking for a gas station. I searched my gas buddy app.for a reasonable price. I found this gas station is cheaper then most of their competitors in the area. I decided to pull in here and get gas. I wasn't impressed with the limited number of pumps or the condition of the parking lot or the number of limited parking spaces. I will definately not be coming to this location to sit down & eat any of their meals offered from their in store restaurant I need more then 30min to eat or to do anything else here. Their cashier's are friendly helpful and efficient in their service that is always a plus for me. Their store interior is kept clean & organized, I'm always glad to know this location takes pride in their store. I will be coming back here as it's located close to my church & my sisters place. If at anytime in this area of the city and someone says to me, "Go to GetGo." My response to them is going to be, "Aw Hell NO!" This location is a nightmare to get into or out of. Cramped is an understatement. If you park in one of the parking spots, forget about getting out for at least a half hour. I just stopped to use their convenience store, wasn't very convenient. read more

Ordered burrito, 20 minutes later there's still no-one behind the counter. Got my refund. Free air: broken. Manager: sitting behind her desk doing nothing. Person who was supposed to be making my burrito probably in the back doing whatever. Took them 10 minutes to figure out how to refund. read more

The people who complain about this place are missing the point - This is by far your best bet in a gas station or convenience store within several miles of this place. Yes, it always crowded, which makes sense considering it IS the best gas station or convenience store within several miles!!! I would never go out my way to go here, but if I need gas or milk while passing through Wilkinsburg - and I frequently do - this is the place to go. It is more of a small grocery store than a convenience store really - they have fruit and meat and a lot of other grocery items. They have baked goods and sandwhiches made to order. It was just recently remodeled. I bet they wish they bought twice as much land and built a bigger place because the customer volume could clearly support it. read more

I prefer Sheetz to GetGo, but Sheetz is nowhere on my trajectory. GetGo is almost always crowded, and parking can be a bummer. However, it is the least crowded location I've been to. The cashiers here are generally super sweet and pleasant. When they are rushing, they get cranky but so would I. The store is typically clean and stocked with quick snacks. I love their fountain sodas. Their machines work and have the right amount of syrup and fizz. If you have rewards, you can get some amazing fuel perks. This is probably the best reason to go to GetGo! I go here often, and I will probably continue to for sometime! I recommend it if you are in the area. read more

In general this is a very typical getgo. On the plus side, the store is always very clean. They recently improved the setup to help the flow and seem to be staying better during peak times. Now the negatives... The parking lot is an absolute disaster. Not the worst getgo but bad by any non-getgo standard. Most of the time the pumps are very near full and plenty of people will Park at the pump to go inside. Also if you park in the parking spaces it is very crowded with people walking everywhere. You need to be constantly on the lookout for cats and pedestrians while attempting to move. There is an alley that runs right through the parking lot so cars will fly through while going to the alleyway. Finally things will back up with cars trying to make a left onto Penn instead of going out the side exit to the light. The service is usually friendly but can be very slow. Besides that, I swear everytime I get sick behind the lady who has such a complicated cigarette order that it requires giving directions to the cashier. Then they need to leave their partially rung up order to buy a lady minute candy bar, the ones across the store, not at the counter then have to dig through their purse to find more change to pay for it. This is a terrible location. They change policies without notice. For example they no longer offer coffee refills and began carding everyone for cigarettes without warning and treat you like a child for being confused. Recently an employee noticed that this upset me and made a comment to me outside and when I responded that I would report her she said she was off the clock and would "smack the $hit out of me." I've been to this Getgo numerous times since I work about six blocks over. I have visited the convenience store during the lunch rush each time. I've actually never gotten gasoline here. The store is always, always understaffed inside. The cashiers put forth a valiant effort- they really do- but it just isn't enough. The parking lot is impossible to navigate- especially at lunchtime. Leave the car at work and walk on over. Baked treats are exceptionally oily, even compared to other Getgo locations. Maybe I need to do spot-checks at different hours of the day, but as of now this store receives a thumbs-down and a no-go. read more

It's cramped. The parking lot is small and it may take a while to get a gas pump during peak times. It's a popular spot. I do wish they would control the loitering though. I always see the same people just standing around the store when I am there. read more
