This is a smaller gas station but is conveniently located right by the highway (few others are in the area). They have limited inventory in terms of travel supplies. I was very surprised to find housewares like pots, coffee makers, and other necessities. There was even a roaster available! I have not seen them at other Pilot Centers. The grab & go had various options (mainly fried chicken and burgers) even at the end of the day. There was also sufficient seating to enjoy your meal. There are a few minor issues such as non-working ATM and this store not really being the cleanest. I have to say that the service is consistently friendly here. I base this off multiple visits. Overall, stop in for a quick fill-up or to rest during your travel. Don't expect the full Pilot experience but expect to have the most important basics.

The establishment itself is pretty standard but cleaner than most. Nothing bad to say about it, though nothing outstanding that comes to mind either. It does come across as very inviting for a gas station, if that makes sense...probably a combo of the outdoor lights being very bright and the indoor lighting calming and not assaulting your eyes. You have traffic coming from Middleburg and Strongsville as well as down Sprague. They do have many of your emergency essentials within the establishment. I will say though that gas is usually a little higher here. The second thing I would note is after pumping gas it has always stated "see clerk inside for receipt". When it's freezing cold and you have finished, all you want to do is get into your car and go. Especially when you want to make it to work on time. I guess "Who needs a receipt anyway"? I would say that business people do that need to submit expense reports. All in all I say "Don't sweat the small stuff, it's all small stuff"! Those people, of course, would be wrong. But if you are looking for a clean, friendly, fully stocked place to eat and get gas, this is a great choice. Their sandwiches are pretty good, as is their selection of beverages and other snacks. I didn't eat here on this visit, I just got a fountain beverage and got gas. I toil rigorously each day for every dollar I have, and I really enjoy earning food and fuel perks while spending my hard earned money. Thanks GetGo for being there when need you!

This is by far the worst gas station in Strongsville. I had not gone here in a couple years, and…read morenow I remember why. I was desperate for gas and had to make it to class on time. 2/3 of the pumps are out of order. I had to wait in line to use 1 of only 4 operational pumps. The pump was so slow, I did not even have time to fill up. And to top it off, they never maintain the receipt paper for pay at the pump. Thanks for the reminder to boycott this lack of service station. This is really a negative star review but yelp requires a star rating.
