After making our choices they gave us pricing options, again making sure we understood all information presented. Once we had agreed to all terms they helped us with financing and set up a schedule to have the work completed. After the work was finished they came out to do an inspection and noticed there had been an area that had not been completed as directed, The owner contacted me with options to fix the omission at their cost and made good on his promise. Woot is not the cheapest option out there but they are well worth the price with the service and professionalism they provide. We all know you get what you pay for and we got everything they promised and more. I would recommend Woot Roofing for all your roofing needs! Photos of our roof will be appearing on their website soon, hopefully you will see the quality work.

We have no memory of this ever taking place. The last repair we clearly remember was when they replaced the entire motor in 2023, and everything has worked perfectly since then. So, over a year later, I get a random call at work about this invoice. Their explanation was that someone in their office had passed away, which is why the bill was never sent. Oddly enough, this is also the only job they've ever done at our property without taking completion photos. None of it adds up. The only "evidence" they can provide is GPS data showing their truck was supposedly at our house that day (and actually the address it's showing it was sitting at is an empty lot number for our subdivision). I was actually searching their number to pay the invoice -- because I hate the idea of owing anyone money -- and that's when I came across Lynn D's comment. Now I'm questioning the legitimacy of this invoice even more.
