They were so very nice and I felt assured they would fix it. They went way beyond! When I got my coat back, it looked brand new and it is 12 years old! I am so happy I took it to Ideal Cleaners! After worrying about all of that, I was so amazed at the price! It was so much less than I expected! I even commented to the lady at the counter that I expected to pay a lot more! This is a great shop and I will be taking the rest of my coats in to get cleaned before putting them away for the summer. Wonderful workmanship, great prices, friendly service! Not only was everything well organized, but he did everything in his power to ensure that we were comfortable. During the visitation services, he circulated and kept an eye on the family. If anyone was standing on their own, he would go up and talk to them to ensure they were doing ok. He did a great job to keep everything on schedule without being overbearing or bossy; he gave gentle suggestions and let us handle things as we became comfortable. They even delivered the flowers after the ceremony to the various homes. I am so grateful to have had Doug and his team to help us through this time.

But I am here to tell you Fisch Funeral Home made making arrangements for my grandmother in-law easy for her children, after her sudden passing. The deceased looked so good at the viewing-- they really did a great job preparing her. The wake was lovely. The funeral procession was well planned, with instructions communicated well to family members. And the staff were amazing. Additionally, my kiddos spent four hours at the wake-- bored out of their minds-- and they treated them so nicely, allowing them to takeover their desk to play board games. Fisch Funeral Home does so many Remsen residents right.
