This place is OK if someone else if footing the bill. I had a birthday party there and it was expensive. I had to pay for 10 jumpers even though I only had 7. Fine. The pizza was terrible but the kids seemed to like it. Fine. I had absolutely no communication with the staff before, during, or after the party. Fine. Someone showed up at the very end to settle up and I ended up having to leave a $56 tip for no service whatsoever. I tried and tried to forego the tip but couldn't. In the end, I paid about $420 for 2 large Dominoes pizzas that were cold and gross, 2 liters of the worst drinks imaginable, and two hours of jump time for 7 kids. This place is filthy! I've been there multiple times over the last several months because my daughter is Autistic and loves jumping. There are old masks, socks, hair elastics, trash, etc. all over the place. Much of the equipment is broken which is extremely dangerous. There are no foam cubes in any of the ninja or ropes areas. The foam cubes they do have are all falling apart/crumbling and the pieces from them are all over the floor and trampolines. There is no adult supervision by employees in the jumping areas. There are often teenagers running around playing dodgeball and bumping into little kids. I almost got hit by one of the balls. The bathrooms have likely never been cleaned. The toilets are abysmal. I asked a few of the kids working there if they have professional cleaners and they laughed and said no. The entire place smells like a locker room after a hockey game. Totally disgusting! read more

I unfortunately do not recommend get air. I wish I did. This place has become so disgusting and the employees do not monitor anything. Last time my family came here, there were fake fingernails on the ground, nasty foam balls that look like they've been chewed on...They installed new swings where a balance beam was in the back, but the swings are too close together to be enjoyed and not to mention a huge metal attachment where the beam was is just sticking out waiting to bash into a child's head (I stood in front of it to avoid it being my child). The only reason I come here is because we were given gift cards that we need to use. Other indoor playgrounds in the area are exceptionally clean and you see employees monitoring/cleaning the ENTIRE time you are there....why not here at get air?! I purchased one "Little Air" pass and one "Big Air" pass for my niece and nephew however we quickly realized that not only is there no clear separation of the two, there's also ZERO staff actually monitoring what's going on. Not only was it incredibly unsafe for tiny little tots to be in the same space as full grown adults, it was also DISGUSTING! Their "commitment to cleanliness" is a total farce - there was gum everywhere, the bathrooms were covered in urine, half the lighting was broken, the place wreaked of garbage and the mats and ball pits were filthy. Even the adults had a blast playing on the trampolines! Okay, this review isn't totally going to make sense. I gave 5 stars because this place is so much fun. I've gone half a dozen times. I'm 24 and typically bring my younger sisters (10 and 12) when they visit VT. We always have a blast and they never want to leave! So, 5-star-worthy. That's not to say this place is perfect. A few tips/suggestions/complaints: 1. The parking lot lights shut off after a certain time and the lot is pitch black. Light it, please. 2. The website shows certain deals for different days of the week, but those deals aren't honored during school vacation. This was very annoying when I specifically planned to go (with my group of college-graduate friends on a Tuesday...we don't get school vacation). 3. There aren't enough dodgeballs. Again, this place is a lot of fun and definitely recommended. A lot of the reviews are way too harsh/unreasonable. It was lots of fun. We were there for 1 hour. We did the regular jump and the balance rope. The bathroom was fairly clean and the line wasn't as long as you would think. I read a few reviews about items being stolen so I left my items in the car. It was also very hot so I would recommend bring gym clothes or shorts and a tank top. read more

I was very excited to bring my 4 and 1 year old. What they dont tell you is that even though theres a total of 10 people in the whole place, they must remain in the back corner. Fine, but I paid to jump with my kids. So I did, and got kicked off. So I left my 1 year old with her grandpa and went to the dodgeball room next door. My 4 year old (almost 5) came with me and we started playing. And this employee tells me she cant be in that room. We were the ONLY 2 in there! So I demanded my money back for myself. Upon looking at the receipt, they had charged my kids as adults! Small mistake, I know, but I was already in a mama bear rage. Down in MA, they encourage parents to play with their kids. Took kids here mid week during the day and it was not too crowded--we even had the whole place to ourselves for a while. Lots of fun areas besides trampolines including slack line, obstacle course, rope ladder, foam pit, basketball and dodgeball. Staff monitor the areas for safety. There's a special area just for little kids. There's an eating area and vending machines. You must sign a waiver and buy special (reusable) socks. Seemed fairly clean and there was seating for non-jumpers. Free parking and near Taft Corners. Another perk is that Burlington Beer Co. is right around the corner in back of the building. read more

A combination of vomit, locker room and old pizza. I genuinely felt bad for anyone having a party in there. It was so bad. Second, the cost. Definitely priced above other places we've gone. Third the refs were completely useless wastes of space. Kids running everywhere double bouncing my smaller, just 46" kid. Fourth, parking was a nightmare. Went there to take my 3 grandchildren who were 11, 6 and 3 for the afternoon. Kids love to go but now due to staffing shortages there was absolutely no supervision in the park. There were 10 teenage boys who were there that followed my grandchildren around pushing and shoving them to the floor stealing balls away from my 6 year granddaughter so they could throw them at them. One hit my 3 year granddaughter in the face and left marks on her face. When I left the area one threw one at me as I had to go down front and get someone who came up and talked to them and told them that was not tolerated. They followed us out front and waited for us to leave. A 2 hour jump we paid for my grandchildren to go they were tormented by these boys that had absolutely no supervision. If they want to allow kids in there with no parent supervision then there needs to be supervision on the floor. So sad that my grandchildren had to be bullied by these boys with nothing being done. read more

There are so many problems at Get Air. The staff is fairly young and there are not enough "refs" to patrol the people on the trampoline. You'll see kids bouncing on another's trampoline, kids hanging on hoops, and kids sitting on top of the trampolines. The adults jumping on the trampoline are just as bad as the kids. The "refs" out there that are supposed to be maintaining safety rules, sit back and watch the violations happen. The prices are so ridiculous for the amount of time spent jumping; and an additional $3 for a pair of socks with rubber on the bottom (I used hospital socks). Overall, pretty sad that this is one of the few places to take a child for entertainment and it turn out to be a complete mess. read more

We've visited get air a bunch of times in the past and always had a good time. I've got two kids, 1 and 3 and we've always had the run of the place. We showed up today- there is next to no one there and my kids go to jump. Immediately a ref comes over and tells us the kids aren't allowed in any area except the tiny toddler area in the back. Not sure what changed from ALL the other times we have been here? First off, you try and contain a 3 and 1 year old in a tiny space with barely anything to do. Second, my three year old was bored in about 5 minutes. Again, there was literally two kids on the big trampolines. Given the new ridiculous rules we won't be back. read more

Pros: so much freakin' fun. The kids were pooped out after an hour, like, it was a major blow-off-steam opportunity. Every kid there was red, sweaty and winded. It was awesome. It was comfy to hang out as a parent, seating and pay shiatsu massage chairs. Also, while we were playing it became "at max capacity" I never would have known, the crowd that was playing was not too thick at all. EVERYone was having fun. The music was at the perfect level and was tolerable (old Michael Javkson, Huey Lewis...). I did not leave with a headache. CONS: Under-effing-staffed. One 17 year old kid on the computer vs 150 people in line- he was proficient, just massively outnumbered. We waited in line 52 minutes, just to check in. Many people bailed on it. I probably watched about $1000 walk out the door. That was crappy. Also, there was ONE hung-over (appearing) teen acting as the "referee", while she did her job fine there probably should have been one more of her, at least. NOTE: you have to buy the jumping socks, get over it. Secondly, bring cash to use the beverage vending machines. Lastly, do your safety waivers online- saves time. read more

This is a fun little spot to bring my kids. The day we went on a busy Saturday, there wasn't a lot of referees. I have a 2 year old who plays in the little kid area and a lot of the big kids would run thru and knock him over. I think the parents did a better job policing then the refs. We have 2 boys - 3 and 6. Unfortunately, they were considered 2 different jump sizes. So we were told the 6 year old was too big for the toddler time. We went during open play, which meant there were 2 spaces that our 3 year old could play in. Very difficult to keep the 3 year old contained in that area. He wanted to go with his brother. The website says big and little kids can't play together. So one parent had to watch each kid in separate sections. This would have been impossible to watch both kids with one parent. The Refs (teens) were quick to tell us when the 3 year old was in an area that he wasn't supposed to be, but we had to police the little kid area ourselves, and tell big kids to go to their own area. The Refs came by maybe twice during our session. So I spent the entire visit keeping my 3 year old contained in the small little kid area. Other parents of big kids didn't seem to care that their big kids were in the little area. It would have been great if we could sign a waiver letting our big kid play during the toddler time. Then the kids could have played together. So 2 stars for no option for siblings of different sizes to play together. For two big kids, this place is huge, with lots of fun activities. read more

Where do I start. My husband and I took our two kids to Get Air Williston for the first time today and the service was so poor. Parking is bad, then only one register for a long line and since it was our first time, we got to the register and had to sign a waiver that was in the computer section/not in the line. So we had to do that first and had to reenter the line. Unbelievable. The premise of Get Air is great but depending on the age of your children it's significantly less fun than expected. If you have younger children under 46" tall and you pay to have parents jump too it's wasted money because you're literally not allowed to do ANYTHING with your children (no jumping on the small trampolines because they are for little kids, no jumping on the big trampolines because your kiddos are too little, no jumping in the ball pit with them because it's too shallow, no holding them in your arms to jump etc.) - and a bunch of prepubescent teens with whistles and attitudes don't hesitate to scold you for trying to do anything enjoyable with your littles. Most parents of younger children seemed to simply sit on the sidelines doing nothing and zoning out on their smartphones so I'm guessing they got the memo on a previous visit. I think if you have older children beyond the 46'' cut off, that you could actually jump with on the bigger trampolines, this would be more fun. We left feeling significantly underwhelmed after a trip with our preschooler. I'd only return as a non-paying chaperone to let my child jump solo or with other young friends; we will not return for a family outing. Overall the kids had fun, the adults not so much. read more
