We met with their lead salesman, Colin, and he was fantastic. He was clear, open and honest and told us exactly what we should expect to see. They used a really cool 3-D modelling software (super modern!) that allowed us to plan out exactly how our deck would eventually look in our actual backyard. I didn't feel "up-sold" at all and it was super cool to see and hear all the options that we could choose from in order for us to pick what would eventually look best in our backyard (we even kicked around the idea of including a half-pipe for skateboarding and a fireman pole to get from the upper level to the lower level which was super fun although my wife eventually kiboshed the ideas...). Scott and his staff were very helpful throughout the selection process, with Scott showing amazing patience and understanding as he helped us determine how much railing we would need, what panels should be rails and what should contain glass. They have all the parts in stock with the exception of the glass panels which just takes about three weeks to come in. Scott explained to us how to install the railing sections in amazing detail.
