We got greeted immediately, and then the manager introduced us to Bella, Bella was very good with her knowledge of the different couches, didn't pressure us and was extremely patient too. She did a great job helping us out and we wanted to be sure to give her a shoutout on here. You pretty much can build any couch you want for the most part, pick your type & color of fabric to go with it too. We ended up picking something out that night, and getting it ordered. They gave us a quoted date, and ended up beating that date by about a week to get us our product earlier than expected. The delivery team was fast and easy for us.
