We had an extremely disappointing experience with Mosafil…read more Before placing our order, we specifically asked multiple times in writing whether the black and white marble tiles (product codes TM33850 and TM33818) were suitable for outdoor use in Como, Italy, where winters include freezing temperatures. Their customer service team repeatedly assured us the tiles were frost-resistant and safe for outdoor use. When the order arrived, every single box was clearly labeled "NOT SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE." Our builders immediately refused to install them without liability waivers. We contacted Mosafil right away, and only then did they admit there had been a "data entry error" on their side -- meaning they had sold us tiles for a use they were not fit for. Their proposed "solution" was either sending us a special adhesive (to somehow make indoor tiles safe outdoors) or collecting the tiles for a refund. While they did eventually acknowledge fault, they did not address the significant logistical costs and delays we incurred -- including third-party transport, crane lifts, and a halted construction project. This was a major mistake that cost us both time and money. For a company that advertises professionalism, their internal controls and product knowledge were shockingly poor. If you're considering ordering from Mosafil, I would strongly caution you: double-check every specification directly with the manufacturer, and do not rely on Mosafil's assurances. To our surprise, nobody contacted us in advance to explain why the tiles are not arriving, apologize or give any explanation when to expect them. We hired construction guys who work on our floor and kitchen and we planned for that week to put the tiles and now it is impossible. Explanation of support-it is your responsibility to email us when you don't receive them and you emailed 4 days later and response time is 48 hours. We send 40000 orders, we can't know what is happening with your order, we don't know so you need to wait.Great! And we pay these construction guys now not knowing at all where in the world these tiles are, are they damaged, are they going to be delivered any time soon or any explanation.
