Some months ago we were searching for a rug and through a US website, I was referred to this place in Hamburg, to order a rug. I contacted the owner and he was very responsive and, sent us a custom design over email and quoted us the rug. The pricing was quite ok and after a bit of negotiation, we decided to order the rug. They sent us samples of the colours and materials by post, to help us select, before confirming the order. After we placed the order they sent us a sample of the finished product to get our approval, before completing the finished product. This was a nice touch, as it gave us a good feel for what the finished product would look like. Throughout the waiting period they let us know what was happening and, their staff were super responsive. When we finally received the product it was exactly as we had specified and looked great. I have never visited this shop yet, as a result of their excellent service and follow through, I would happily do business with them again. Their address on Yelp is wrong and I will submit a correction. I would recommend them for great service, good follow up and attention to detail. It is always nice to know reliable shops that offer excellent customer service specially, when you cannot see the full product beforehand. They designed the layout and, did it well.
