I hired Kens Handy Work (Kenny Strickland) to remodel two bathrooms, completely to the studs, tile,…read moreplumbing, electrical, sheetrock, painting and heated floors. We were so happy with the work that we hired Kenny to tear down the popcorn ceiling in our basement and rehang sheetrock, redo all of our electrical, pull up our carpeting in three bedrooms and put down bamboo floors, put in security cameras, refinish our front door, etc. All told, with materials and labor, we had them do well over 30K worth of work. Without a seconds hesitation, I would hire them again. No contractor is perfect but what I liked the most about Kenny was that I felt like I could trust him. If there was a problem, or I wasn't happy with something, Kenny always made good on it. Even after the last payment was made, if there was a problem, Kenny has come back to take care of it. We have additional work that we are planning to start in the next few weeks and I have every intention of using Kenny again.

Servpro Dale city was here within three hours of my reaching out to them through my insurance…read morecompany after our water alarms alerted us to a sewage overflow in our basement. The team leader came in with confidence, with an initial team of two other cleanup personnel, put our fears to rest, had a team of eight workers in here within another hour Within two more hours they had torn out all of the affected carpet, dealt with the worst of the initial water damage, and left the place in good condition for the next step. They accommodated our schedule since we needed to be gone parts of the next couple days, and came back tearing out paneling and affected cabinetry, and then finally sanitizing everything before leaving it for the restoration contractor. This occurred over a period of five days in our case They communicated well with us along the way, explained what the paperwork meant, worked hard and cheerfully and respectfully engaged with us along the way, and put our fears to rest I would recommend the Dale city team to anyone who is looking for a confident, respectful, take-charge-and-get-it-done cleanup team, even dealing with a really messy site. They have dealt with much worse than ours apparently so they were not daunted by the mess they came into

I used Gio and his company, Justin Remodeling, earlier this year to do various upgrades to a home…read morethat I owned in Arlington, VA. This included renovating my kitchen, installing all new flooring in the main level of my house and in the upstairs foyer, updating the master bathroom and guest bathroom and other ad hoc work, such as installing new tile in my laundry room, painting, and installing new light fixtures. Gio provided me with a reasonable quote and timeline to complete the project. He kept me informed about the status of the project the entire time. Throughout the 6-8 week project, Gio sent me pictures so that I could track the work being done and see the progress that was being made. He transformed my outdated dark kitchen into a classic timeless beautiful white kitchen. The cabinets were sanded down and painted white, new white quartz countertops were installed, new kitchen hardware were installed, new appliances were installed, along with a new faucet and kitchen backsplash. Everything was installed on time, done correctly the first time, and in a professional manner. Apart from the kitchen work, I originally had a mix of dark hardwood floors and carpet that were outdated and needed to be replaced. Gio and his team installed all new LVP flooring on the main level and in the second floor foyer. It was done correctly the first time and the floor was level and looked amazing. It definitely brightened the house up and these renovations helped to sell the home quickly when I put it on the market to sell in Spring of 2024. Gio also installed beautiful new tile in my laundry room and helped upgrade my master bathroom by installing new white quartz countertops, faucets, and a light fixture. He upgraded my guest bathroom by installing a new modern tile on the floor, white quartz countertops, faucets, a light fixture, and a new toilet. Gio's pricing for home renovations is fair and he is a reliable, hard worker. If you have any issues with anything, he will fix or repair it until the customer is happy. I highly recommend his home renovation services to others. The quality of his work is impeccable. I was beyond pleased with the renovations done to my home and will continue to use him for home renovations, repairs, upgrades, etc. He can fulfill all your general contracting needs.
