Everything! Don't plan traveling with this company EVER! I am angry with their service from the moment I got on the van with my pet the music playing only bachata. The driver charged me more than the other passengers. Switching to another vehicle & charging me another fee. I felt discriminated in how other passengers pay less than when the delivery was saying out loud to each of us the cost. I made the reservation I told them I was traveling with my pet & they agree only if he was in a carrier or crate. They charged me for my dog. Talk about my dog was too big even if my dog was small that van wasn't wide enough to put any size dog on the floor. That van wasn't comfortable too narrow for customers to get off or on the bus. The drivers didn't help me on or off the bus. Didn't have a handle for me to hold on to. They didn't help me with my dog. The second driver was rude left me around the corner not in the front of the building. The second driver helped the women before me had door to door service not me. They only take cash . I have been traveling from Providence to Manhattan for about 10 plus year. I always took Peter Pan buses . On Thursday March 28th, 2019 was the first time ever that Peter Pan was sold out, it was too late to cancel my hotel. The second option Peter Pan gave me was to stand by in hopes someone wouldn't show up and I needed to be in NYC by 12pm. I have known about Dominican bus transportation and was always scared of taking these buses . When my hair lady told me that her family takes this service, I was more at easy . I headed to their office in broad st. They took down my address and said I would get a call two hours before departure time which was at 6am and also I would get a call 20mts before they arrived at my house . Next morning, they did exactly that. They called me two hours before and 20mts before arrival . There was a mix up with my address but the driver got there. Let's start with the Van : I expected the old vans, since back in my country i traveled in vans like that , I knew the trip was going to be tight; To my surprise it was one of the newest van that arrived, which has a seat belt and all. There cup holders . They still have some of the old vans so you never know what you might get . I was prepare for an adventure . Also, I expected the van to be full and it was only 3 of us plus the driver. I was told there are times when it's completely full so be aware . The driver travels fast, given that we left half an hour late due to the mix up in the address, we arrived at the outskirts of NYC sooner than I expected ( I have never seen this with Peter Pan bus ). They make a stop for bathroom breaks , awesome right! . Usually they stop at exit 40, Dunkin, Macdonald and other restaurant are available here. Sammy , the driver was very helpful in telling me where I should take the train and which train would take me to Manhattan and told me next time I take this company I should tell driver to leave me at the same address. Sammy had the Spanish radio station on , this doesn't bother me as I know where ever you take a Hispanic bus there going to be music playing . He had on merengue and some reggaetón. Sammy would occasionally engage us in conversation . The music was mid level volume. I still could put my headphones on and listen to my own music . If you aren't the type who likes music playing from beg to end , this isn't the company you should take or bring your own headphones and listen to your own playlist. It's a Hispanic company music is expected by their passengers believe me . I will take this service again . I need to get to NYC in the morning as soon as posible . Peter Pan does take time, they have to travel at a certain speed . They only take cash so make sure you bring . I wish I could pay upon reservation but they charge you on the bus. Before you book a ride with this company know this: 1.They only take Cash. They owed me 10$ and the driver asked another passenger if they had the money lmao . I only got 7$ because that's all the passenger had . 2.You need to be ready 2 hours before pick up time. 3.When they tell you they'll be around in a couple minutes it really means 45 min. 4. Don't bother speaking to dispatch. Nobody speaks English. And when you try to explain yourself they just yell over you. 5. They are very unapologetic. The worst transportation company ever. When you called, you give these people your address and they give you a tariff, but then they charge you more just because. I paid $80.00 for my wife and son from The Bronx to Allentown, PA... then the van who pick you up in the Bronx charge you $15.00 extra just because and the other van at drop off charge you another $15.00 and if you don't pay they will start cursing you. I took the bus from NY to VA and I paid for 2seats. Although each one of us was entitled to one baggage, they still charged me for a third seat saying that one of the bags is big. I called their number to report the issue and the respondent was soo rude and hanged up on me. Prior to this incident, I also sent a package from NY to VA and they charged me $65 but I gave him $100 and the driver never gave me my change even though I requested he didn't care. HORRIBLEEEEE!!! You're better off taking Peter Pan/Greyhound. In my experience, the bus was suppose to leave at 3pm and did not pull off until 4:30pm because they were waiting for 1 person to get on the bus. The driver took our payment ($135) and left us in the van for an hour during this time while he waited for the tardy passenger. When I went inside of the office, they barely spoke English and said they could not refund the money because the driver has the money on him and had left the premises! When a fellow passenger decided to speak up as well, one of the female employees got into a screaming match with him that almost resulted in a physical altercation that was swiftly parted by bystanders. Although it's door to door pickup you still have to wait for other People to get picked up at different places then wait for the guy to go back to the base or meet up with some other driver to shoot the breeze only to circle the Bronx and LES again then head out. Then you have to wait for people to get dropped off at different places in Philadelphia. Overall the only thing convenient about these car services is,is that they do door to door but it's so time consuming. read more

The drivers are speeders, always rushing you, to the point of pick you up 2! hours before the scheduled time. 90% of the time you have to call and check in because even the receptionist continually pass on the wrong scheduling. Me llevan para una gasolinera entre Rosadale y Cross Bronx. Ahí esperamos una hora para salir para Boston. Luego en Connecticut otro cambio de transporte. Bueno llegamos a Boston y otro cambio de transporte. Luego de regreso fue un viaje directo, sin cambio pero al llegar al Bronx, a la misma gasolinera cross Bronx y Rosadale esperamo adentro de una minivan aproximadamen una hora para se llevados a nuestro destino final. Sooo irresponsible and unreliable....scheduled a spot for my aunt and me (from NY to Bos) with the shuttle that was scheduled to departure at 6:00am and they confirmed. They said we should be ready to be picked up at 3:00am and they never called nor showed up at that time. When I called at 3:25am to ask when they would pick me up, the guy said I wasn't in the list for that night and I complained so fucking bad to a manager and he said they couldn't do nothing for me....soooooo irresponsable. Not sure if I should even write this because those who drive the buses or own the company don't speak a lick of English, however I will proceed. Today was my first time getting on the bus en route to New York. We made a stop to get food and as any other bus, I went and got my food and brought it back to the car. We weren't notified about their policies of not eating in the car. However once he told us no food we put our food away. The driver came back making a big deal. Little did he know that I understood Spanish and so I heard everything he was saying. He wanted us to get out the car and throw the food He and all the other passengers in the car were talking so much mess about us. He said if we hadn't paid he would have left us on the side of the road. He ranted for like 10 minutes in Spanish before he finally moved the bus. Even after moving the car he ranted. I'll never use their services again. They are very disrespectful and everything everyone else said about the loud music and the bad customer service is true. Cheap door to door service and you get exactly what you pay for, CHEAP SERVICE. I called to make a reservation for the 5 am departing bus to Springfield only to wake up at 4am and never get a call from them. I call them at 4:45 to see what the hold up is to find out my name wasn't on their list! After explaining to the guy that I called a day before to make the reservation he didn't even apologize, he just hung up on me! Rude and unprofessional, I rather take Greyhound for the extra 5 dollars. I was picked up at 6pm and the bus took 5 hours to reach AND he didn't even take me to MY destination. We went around in circles for hours following other customer directions like GPS wasn't invited for a very specific reason. I was the first to get picked up and after the fifth hour I just said "Let me out" and took a cab from there. This is the second time it takes over 4 hours from PA to NYC. My mother takes this van because she likes the convenience of getting a ride door to door between New York and Boston. However, each time she has yet a different complaint regarding their poor professionalism -- they've lost her luggage once, the drivers often yell at her when trying to pick her up, and today they left her after telling her to come down. I booked a service from Philadelphia to JFK Airport which they told me would be $55 per person plus baggage $5 per........which i was okay with the picked me up @5:30 pm and took me to pick up other passengers @7:30 pm here comes another driver letting me know my fare was incorrect my fare should be $65 plus $10 per luggage because my luggage will be taking up seats. So my total fare for 2 persons from PA to JFK with 4 luggage & 2 carry on is $190.00 don't you think when they this is a rip off we left PA @8:16pm and my flight was 11 pm is this fair?????...Now to top it off they dropped us @ George Washington bridge to get into another vehicle and the driver is letting me know he is taking the local route because the company did not give him enough money for tolls for the express route.....so here we were stuck in traffic what the end of my vacation in which I also now missed my flight and had to pay $867.00 for 2 new tickets...DO YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS........POOR POOR SERVICE oh wait did i say that they put 2 suitcases on a seat 2 on the ground by the door and 2 under the backseat..... read more

Horrible experience! Had a young driver, whom was extremely rude. The whole ride blasting explicit reggetton...the lyrics made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable...As they were breaking down to word for word what can only be described as pure VULGARITY from porn films! Professionalism was completely absent. Not a bus, that I would put any of my family on. It is one thing to listen to what you want in your own vehicle, another to do in a company owned one...subjecting clients to hours of degrading garbage! I have taken their bus in the past, and the experience was not the greatest...I was sure it wouldn't be as bad as before, to my surprise. I will definitely NOT be getting on this bus, nor would I recommend any respectable person to do so. Instead I will go with Megabus or San Miguel Transportation. I truly wonder if the owner is aware of his employees? As a previous client, I'd like to advise THE OWNER that if you want your company to thrive and to not lose more business ... maybe you should put cameras up, in which you can observe your drivers and the customer service they provide. we took 4 buses from Brooklyn to Chelsea the trip lasted from 7:40-2:15pm. our way back was from 11:30am-6:50pm. its cheap $64 each way and the service is door to door. the bus from Bronx to Hartford was full so we didn't have enough space to stretch our arms. the driver with white hair that drove us from Hartford to Boston was dangerously talking on the cell while driving and he was reaching down his seat for the GPS and programing it while driving. this was on august 18 at 12 noon. read more
