I was highly recommended by a friend when I moved into the area and was looking for a dentist. I started with a cleaning where I found the amount was high but I agreed to the work. After going home, one of my teeth was loose. I made a new appointment shortly after and was told that the looseness of the tooth had nothing to do with their prodding. I was then told that they would try to save the tooth but it might need an implant. I agreed to the crown. The cost was $2500. Within a few days after the crown was inserted, it was loose again. I was now told that I would need an implant and they would apply the $2500 to the implant. I thought that was fair but I needed to see their "concierge" independent implant specialist. He came up with an outrageous price of $9300 for one implant. Now they were telling me that the $2500 would not be used for his work, only future work. So obviously, I was not going to continue with this practice. I feel like I through over $3100 in the garbage. It feels like I went to a used car salesman not a dentist. Do not be fooled, it's strictly about the money here. The dentists will not quote prices. Be wise and avoid them

This is just an example of what he does. My daughter was in there for a routine checkup. He noticed a cavity. Stated that nothing can be really done at her age, and then proceeded to apply a temporary "paste". Probably took 5 seconds. Didn't ask. Later, I found he charged $200 for this (on top of all the other charges). They have a dedicated office in which you sit down and their finance manager will try to convince you to pay extremely inflated prices for unnecessary work. It's insane. I was on a LONG search for the perfect person to do my breast reconstruction right after my double…read moremastectomy. It was a long grueling process and I had to make all sorts of appointments with doctors all over just so I can see their work. Many were EH, boobs were crooked, off kilter or just didn't look right. I then spoke to someone who used Dr Redstone for their reconstruction. I looked at his pics online and immediately called. He has privileges in 2 different hospitals in NJ - one of them being Morristown Memorial (where I go). I met the Dr at his Livingstone office and immediately knew this was the one the moment I walked in the door. Professional, clean, organized, sterile with style. The Dr was just amazing to speak with, and surprisingly he had NO BIG EGO. He's just a really nice guy with a sense of humor and a desire to make boobs right. A complete perfectionist. On my way out, I informed him he was "the one" and quickly made an appointment with his assistant Joel. Joel, who answers all questions you have and never sounds irritated -is absolutely the most pleasant person! He seems to be an incredible encyclopedia of answers and never leaves you hanging. On the day of surgery, Dr Redstone showed up all smiles. He was in no rush and was able to answer any question that my bf and I had before hand. We even had a good laugh or 2. After surgery, he came to visit me on the 2 days I was there and stayed for as long as I needed him to. I'm still healing but you need to know - this Dr gave me the smallest incision I've ever seen with this type of surgery. The scars are actually smaller than one would have with reduction scars. For obvious reasons, I won't be posting pictures of my new ones but I can tell you he will not disappoint.

He takes the time to talk and really cares about his patients. I am still in the process of my reconstruction journey but I know for a fact now after 2 surgeries and 2 to come I am in the best hands! Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.
