When the new location opened in Vista, and was not able to book her in North Park, I was so nervous about having to find with another injector for my treatments. I put it off for as long as I could and eventually I just decided that I would book with whoever was available for the date and time I needed, and trust that any injector at Botoxie would be just as great as Leilani. I am so happy that I found Selah. She made me feel so comfortable and I loved that she was so open and honest with me. I have always highly referred Botoxie to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you are wanting to come to Botoxie and are looking for an injector, I could not recommend Selah more.

This place is an absolute scam. If i could post a review with zero stats I would. They lure you in…read moreeither a so-called package promotion then get you to purchase a package of eight treatments and promote 80 % hair reduction. You get zero reduction in hair no matter how many treatments you do in the package of 8 treatments. They intentionally use low setting at every appointment to stretch out the intentional substandard treatments to get clients to purchase an additional package. I know I have several trained nurses in my family including my spouse. Ive had laser hair removal previously without incident of spectacular results. You take photos at every stage, you tell them after four treatments zero hair loss, nurses act as if they do not want to treat you. They zap once or twice on a low setting you feel nothing especially in the bikini area, when done properly can be an intense area to treat. They pretend at your appointments to take photos but the next visits the photos were lost in their pretend ipad, the lying nurse never took photos only pretending to take them and claiming to have sent them yo their clinical team. The clinical tram call and say, "oh I can't locate the photos. That is ok because i take my own day of the treatment and seven consecutive days following my treatments. I take one prior to my appointment to show zero hair reduction and burns/hyper pigmentation on my legs. I wish i can post a photo below but it's inappropriate. Thing is zero hair reduction in the bikini area, under arms, chin. Zero hair reduction every where. My last appointment an idiot nurse handed me a razor to shave the entire bush below on my 4th treatment. Why so much hair i nerd yo shave. At ideal image my second treatment i had zero hair below and under arms. I was hair free for nearly five years. Went again same excellent results and now this laser away claims, "it's because it's a different laser" correct laser away lasers are trash and other laser companies use better lasers, better trained nurses and nurses that are not afraid to treat certain people. There are a-lot of suspect elements to this place. Stay away!!! Demand a refund and expose their deceptive business practices!!!

Azure is one of those rare people who is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, took the time to assess my skin, and explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment. My skin looks brilliant, radiant, refreshed, and healthier than it has in a long time (early 40s takes its toll!) One of the biggest wins was that she was able to remove a ton of stubborn blackheads that had been bothering me, and my skin feels so much smoother because of it. She also gave me thoughtful, personalized recommendations for my skincare routine going forward without ever making me feel pressured to buy products. The space itself is clean, modern, calming, and with a beautiful view overlooking Balboa Park, which made the entire experience feel even more relaxing. If you're looking for an esthetician who is knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend booking with Azure. I'll absolutely be back and will be recommending her to my friends and family!

Everyone I've worked with has been professional, accommodating, and talented, and I truly appreciate the care over the years. However, during my last couple of visits, my eyebrow area was burned from the wax, which was concerning and uncomfortable. Beyond that, the overall vibe during my last appointment felt off. It's hard to explain, but it didn't feel as warm or welcoming as it once did. Recently, I started a new job that conflicts with their operating hours, so I had to cancel my membership. After being a member for years, I was charged a $25 cancellation fee, and the interaction felt very transactional. There was no "sorry to see you go" or acknowledgment of the loyalty I had shown over the years. I even mentioned that I was going to miss coming here, and the response felt dismissive aside from a quick congratulations on the new job. Again, I do want to emphasize that the actual services have generally been great and the staff has often been accommodating. This wasn't an easy decision because I genuinely enjoyed coming here for a long time. But when you no longer feel valued as a longtime client, walking away becomes a little easier.
