Yes, I know my water heater is leaking, thanks. They ghosted me, so I wasted no time and tried calling Hilltop. Steve came out the very next day to take a look, and there was no charge. On the spot, he got on the horn with Lisa and they priced out a new one, and sent me the estimate and invoice for a deposit. Rich and his team of three came out the following day and completed the job in under an hour. Clean and professional work! What really impressed me, was that after I had written them a cheque and they left, Lisa called me back not long after, apologizing for overcharging me!
