Over the years, we quickly went from one Pomeranian to three, and they have loved and cared for every single one of them like family. From the moment you walk in, the reception team is always ready to assist with kindness and warmth. They are incredibly friendly, and the way they interact with both the pets and their owners shows how much they genuinely love what they do. The doctors and the entire team are amazing. They take the time to answer questions, provide thoughtful recommendations, and make sure our pets receive the best care possible. You can truly feel how much they care and that they always want the very best for your fur babies. We are beyond grateful for the love, compassion, and care they've shown our family through the years. Highly recommend!

I would never talk bad about a business but I feel the need to warn you all and say think twice before sending your beloved animal here. My poor baby Darla had a seizure so we rushed her here asap. After a series of expensive tests and 5 over night stays, her tests all remained negative. They scared us by saying if she was off her IV, she could die. They took every hard earned dollar and pulled on our heart strings and poked and prodded her veins dry. Finally, we just had to get a second opinion. So we discharged her against "medical advice" and took her to another vet who said there was nothing wrong with her and after one overnight stay, they discharged her. Are these people so money hungry that they'd put my poor baby through all these unnecessary tests? And what kind of people take advantage of the fact that as pet owners, we would do anything for our babies? Avoid this practice at all costs

You can tell from the moment they walk in. They spay both dogs and cats Be prepped to drop your fur baby off in the AM and come back for a late PM pickup. I took my fur baby (Phoebe) here on a Sunday and the process is coming in to fill out paper work and pay upfront for the procedure, waste fees and meds. Then they do a health screen on your pup to make sure they are okay for surgery. I had an 8:35am appointment, left my pup at about 9am ish and then got a call around 1pm letting me know her procedure went fine and she was in recovery. I was set to pick her up at 4:15pm. When you come back they check you in and put you in a room with a vet assistant to go over post op procedure. The process comes with a free cone fitted to your pup. They make sure you go over the procedure for meds too and leave time to let you ask questions on your way out. This place also has great parking and a pet friendly coffee shop across the way with a dog patio.

Emma has had a lot of things happen and Dr. Blakesley and the team have cared for Emma in the most heartfelt ways. We have been there more recently lately and the staff from the front office, Emma #2 (human version), to the techs who have been giving Emma her fluids, Jill, the most amazing tech who loved on Emma dearly, to Dr B, these people are angels on this earth. We initially started coming here because another vet in town was trying to do something shady and I am so forever grateful that that happened as Emma had the best care in the world and the best people in her life when things got tough. It doesn't matter where you live, we moved to Southern Highlands, and we kept coming here. I would advise anyone to make the change and come here and see Dr. B, the most genuine, caring, amazing vet I have ever known. I will miss coming here from the bottom of my heart. I hope someone can read this and make the decision to switch and get to experience the best pet care in the world. Forever grateful for you all loving on our Emma girl. She loved you too (even though she didn't love coming to see you)

She is just one of those people that you know in your heart truly cares for animals and it is evident in her thoroughness and handling of our fur babies. She spent a lot of time with explaining and educating about health and nutrition for my pups. Emergency issues like sudden bouts of sickness are handled swiftly and they make every effort to be there to provide care even if a different veterinarian needs to step in and help. All of our concerns have been addressed and the staff is friendly and smiley. The inside is clean and doesn't smell like strong pet odors. I look forward to continued care here because we truly spare no expense for our two little ones.

Dr. Wagner and her staff made the transition so comfortable for us. The put us in the "Comfort Suite". It's not just your regular exam room. The room is actually pretty big. It has a couch & coffee table. Mini fridge with complimentary drinks and a treat bar for your baby.... They have soft music playing and give you as much time as you need with your loved one. I highly recommend this facility if you need to make that transition... I'm also considering switch my vet to Dr. Wagner for our 2 labs, who were also in the room with us and treated just as nice

She had a hard time breathing. We brought her back the next day. Dr. Wagner said that this was all normal after dental surgery. We asked for antibiotics because they were not open on the weekend. She told us that it was not necessary. She told us to keep an eye on her & if it gets worse to take her to emergency. We had already spent a lot of money at her office. She did not seem to care that we would have to spend more money taking her to emergency. Our cat was leaking puss from her nose & started to have a rotten smell around her face the next day. We took her to another hospital. They had to do IV fluids on her & gave her two different antibiotics. She was no longer eating or drinking. She really struggled to breathe because of what Dr. Wagner did to her. She was worse the next morning. We took her to emergency & by then it was too late. They had to put her down. A friend of mine also took her dog in for dental work & also had a small growth removed by her eye. Now her dog is bleeding from her face & leaking puss. She told me that her dog has a rotten smell as well. I cannot in good conscience recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Wagner never offered to compensate us for all the money that we spent at her office & also for all the money that we spent at the other hospital.
