I took the drawers out of my dressers, I thought it would make it easier for them, he lectured me, in front of my 3 year old son why I should have just left them. I was trying to help.. there was absolutely no need to be so rude. They took a 20min break after being there for an hour which i was not impressed with. When we got to my unit (i had already starting bringing bins and had arranged them on the side in a way I wanted about a week prior) It was pouring rain my moving day and I had my son with me so we sat in the car while they unloaded the truck. They moved all my stuff around and I couldn't really see much but it looked okay at first. I just went back to get winter items out, and saw what they did. They flipped a bunch of my bins UPSIDE DOWN!! They broke so many items!! All my wood furniture is scratched because they jammed stuff in between items, and there was extra room when they where done!! Im furious!! Who stacks bins upside down?? And is so careless with other peoples belongings!? They also asked for cash which was super sketchy and not discussed beforehand and I paid $300 for this bullshit. I had to meet Al at the bank to give him his money because be didn't say anything when we talked previously. Then i waited at the bank foreverrrr and he shows up and says he went home to go get changed first... seriously!!Do NOT use this company, what a bloody joke. Thanks for nothing!! Oh and when I do go back to get more stuff, i will be posting pictures of the broken items thanks to these idiots.

Here in Collingwood : I got absolutely first class service from the Collingwood LCBO folks who hand picked out my large-ish order and then called me with an update on how it went and the cost. Thank you to all LCBO Collingwood staff and their Five Star customer support ***** Then - turn everything over to E & M Delivery who know exactly what to do. They went to LCBO, paid for my order as LCBO won't take Visa by phone payments. Then I paid E & M via a quick & easy e-transfer though cash is a very acceptable and even preferred for payment. What a huge help to me!! Unbelievable service: my order was ready for pickup at 2 pm and tho' heavy it was hand delivered to inside my door within 25 minutes and at a very good price. They deliver meals from many restaurants and I would guess almost anything else a person needs and can arrange for pickup....lucky me in these Covid times. Thank you E & M!!! You are making my quarantine very easy and comfortable - a huge service to myself and to the local community
