The team was hardworking, professional, and so so thorough. I also appreciated that Claudia took ownership for making sure even small details of the house were good to go. For example, she noticed a small leak behind the refrigerator-- instead of pushing the fridge back in and ignoring the problem, she went above and beyond to highlight the problem and then stand there with our maintenance guy until it was fixed to clean-up afterward. She also flagged another maintenance-related problem she found while in the house-; she was SO proactive and showed ownership! Appreciate her / trust her lots as a result.

Absolutely horrible house-cleaning experience…read more I hired her for a deep cleaning because I recently had my first baby, both my husband and I work full-time, and he travels for work. I desperately needed reliable help and provided a list of specific things I wanted addressed. I was willing to pay accordingly and even tipped her for her work. The scheduling has been a constant issue. She rescheduled us three separate times because of conflicts on her end. We hadn't seen her in months, but I had her scheduled this week and next week to help get our house ready for our son's first birthday. This week, our son was slightly under the weather, so I told her I would keep him in his room while she cleaned. Instead of simply communicating with me, she proceeded to cuss me out and told me she couldn't come next week because she was moving, even though we were already on her schedule. She then pushed our next appointment all the way to the end of October. The cleaning itself has also been extremely disappointing. Several things I specifically requested were barely touched or not cleaned properly. When I expressed my concerns, she called me repeatedly while I was at work and left nasty voicemails, cursing at me and telling me how ridiculous I was for providing a list. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a deep cleaning to be thorough or to provide a list of priorities when I'm paying for a specific service. If she disagrees with a request, there are professional ways to communicate that without cursing at or insulting a customer. After the repeated scheduling issues, poor quality of cleaning, and the way my concerns were handled, I would not recommend this business. I was simply looking for reliable help while balancing a full-time job, a baby, and a husband who travels for work, and this experience created far more stress than it was worth.

Unfortunately, when I arrived home the today, I was very disappointed…read morewith the condition of the house. Several key areas that I expected to be cleaned were not addressed, including dusting the furniture and crown molding, and the glass patio doors were not cleaned at all. I had arranged for the cleaning because I was returning to town for my father's funeral and will have guests staying with me, so it was important for the home to be properly prepared. Given the condition I found it in, this was quite upsetting and added stress during an already difficult time. When I contacted her (today after returning home), I was told that "everybody makes mistakes and overlooks things and that was what included in my $185 cleaning was minor dusting, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms and doors. She was here for three hours and I just feel that my money was not well spent. Because of this experience, I will not be using your services again, and I will not be recommending your business to others.
