Received a speedy response for an estimate. A young man came to the house, tossed out a verbal quote and they could start the following week. When we received the written quote it was significantly higher (more than double). I texted the gentleman that provided the quote letting him know we would be getting another quote and I was surprised that the quote from verbal to written more than doubled. I never received a response, so we got another quote which provided a very detailed explanation of what would be included. It was close to a thousand dollars less.
