While traveling for a wedding, my daughters and I were looking for a place to train. I'm so…read morethankful that we found this location! Every other place I called, during staffed hours, did not answer the phone. This place did. I think what I loved the most about this facility was the attitude of those running it. They were all about us working out. They made it possible for my daughters to come in and have the best workout of our trip. The facility is loaded with everything you'd need. While it is far behind our skill set or experience, it was super cool to see a boxing ring and punching bag as well. It was so refreshing to stop in a real gym run by real people who just want you to have an an awesome experience at their place.

Nobody seems to care either, it's still in the corner with all the other bars a month later. And the new machines that have been steadily accumulated over the past year are just as sketchy. I also had a very poor experience with an employee recently as well. A couple of friends and I decided to go at 10pm because there's almost nobody there that late, and after one of my friends connected to the gyms sound system to play our own music. The employee (the only other person in the gym apart from us) thought it was appropriate to immediately yell at us and accuse us of not having a membership in an attempt to throw us out. A simple, "you're not allowed to do that" would've sufficed, even though we do this just about every time we go this late and none of the other employees seemed to mind given the place is totally empty and we aren't playing anything different than what they play. Then the employee decided to put on his own music and turn it up as if to drive us out. Ive been considering canceling my membership for a while because of the decreased quality of the equipment, but after this my friends and I are definitely going to a different gym.

This gym is great! The classes alone are worth the money (my favorites are HIIT and Barbell 45) but…read morethe equipment is clean and well maintained as well. The staff is really nice and have always been helpful whenever I needed it. I saw someone on here was mad that they require a hard copy of ID to get in but after having my car and belongings stolen and weird people skulking around at my previous gym, it's for a reason and it makes me feel protected. I had to turn around and go home to get mine, too. Everyone here comes to enjoy their workout and fulfill their fitness goals and it shows. There is just a ton to do and since February I have really shed some weight (11 lbs between Feb and April) with the weight classes. There are two saunas, tanning beds and the locker room is really nice with self-locking lockers. I highly recommend it.

Even while I was…read moreaway at college, I continued paying my membership despite not being able to use it regularly. Recently, our credit card information changed unexpectedly, and we were unaware that it had affected my membership payments. My father was notified today, so he immediately called Crunch to update the payment information. The employee he spoke with was very understanding and explained that there was an outstanding balance because of the missed payment. Since the additional fees totaled over $100, the employee even offered to speak with the general manager about waiving them because it was clearly an honest mistake. Unfortunately, the general manager refused, stating that it was our responsibility to ensure the payment information( which we were unaware had changed and also received ZERO emails or calls) had been updated before the fees. To make matters worse, he informed my father that he would have to drive over 30 minutes to the gym just to make the payment in person. What was most disappointing was not simply the refusal to waive the fees, but the complete lack of understanding and customer service. We have been loyal members with a consistent payment history, and this was an honest oversight caused by an unexpected card change. Instead of showing any flexibility or appreciation for a long time member, we were met with disrespect and no willingness to give us the benefit of the doubt. This situation could have been handled with much more professionalism, and it is extremely disappointing to see a customer treated this way that only wanted to make it right.

This is a serious warning for every parent. Please talk to…read moreyour children about what happens to them when they're sent to the office. What I've personally witnessed and reported is alarming, and it's not isolated. A teacher who was previously arrested was allowed to return to work--even after earlier incidents involving a child. That alone should tell you how much is being hidden. There is a pattern of staff protecting each other, covering up situations, and ignoring the safety and emotional well‑being of the kids. The entire office staff, along with the family members they've placed in positions there, desperately needs to be replaced. Their lack of patience and compassion--especially toward children with disabilities--is unacceptable. If your child is nonverbal, I strongly urge you not to enroll them here. They monitor these reviews, and that's fine. Something has to change, because these children deserve better. If you want to understand why so many parents are speaking out, search online for complaints about "magic years of learning." The truth is out there, and it's disturbing.

She attended for 8 months with Ms. Christina before transitioning to Pre-K, and it was such a great experience for her. I received pictures throughout the day and daily reports at pick-up, which gave me so much peace of mind. This is where she really began developing her social skills, building relationships with other children, and becoming more aware of her emotions. I'm so grateful for the care and support she received during such an important stage.
