Every other place I called, during staffed hours, did not answer the phone. This place did. I think what I loved the most about this facility was the attitude of those running it. They were all about us working out. They made it possible for my daughters to come in and have the best workout of our trip. The facility is loaded with everything you'd need. While it is far behind our skill set or experience, it was super cool to see a boxing ring and punching bag as well. It was so refreshing to stop in a real gym run by real people who just want you to have an an awesome experience at their place.

Nobody seems to care either, it's still in the corner with all the other bars a month later. And the new machines that have been steadily accumulated over the past year are just as sketchy. I also had a very poor experience with an employee recently as well. A couple of friends and I decided to go at 10pm because there's almost nobody there that late, and after one of my friends connected to the gyms sound system to play our own music. The employee (the only other person in the gym apart from us) thought it was appropriate to immediately yell at us and accuse us of not having a membership in an attempt to throw us out. A simple, "you're not allowed to do that" would've sufficed, even though we do this just about every time we go this late and none of the other employees seemed to mind given the place is totally empty and we aren't playing anything different than what they play. Then the employee decided to put on his own music and turn it up as if to drive us out. Ive been considering canceling my membership for a while because of the decreased quality of the equipment, but after this my friends and I are definitely going to a different gym.

One of the most absurd, predatory, and insulting customer experiences I have ever had at a gym…read more I walked in with my wife to work out. I had a free day pass emailed directly from Crunch Fitness, but because I do not live in Gainesville, Jose told me it was not valid. Fine. Annoying, but not a huge deal. I said I would just pay for a day pass. That is when Jose explained that I could not buy a day pass without a physical hard copy of my driver's license. Not a photo. Not digital. A hard copy. Somehow, I was still allowed to purchase a full membership without it. I told him no problem, I would do a month to month membership and cancel after the required 90 days. Jose then said I would still be required to pay the annual fee. So to be very clear, because I did not have my license on me, Crunch Fitness, through Jose, expected me to pay over 120 dollars just to work out for one day. That is not policy. That is a sales trap. Crunch Fitness is not a luxury gym. It is not exclusive. It is absolutely not worth forcing people into memberships through arbitrary and contradictory rules. Jose showed zero flexibility, zero common sense, and zero interest in actually helping a customer. The only thing being pushed was fees. If this is how Crunch Fitness operates, with confusing rules and staff trained to corner people into spending more money, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of gyms that manage to let adults work out without holding their wallets hostage. Do better.

She attended for 8 months with Ms. Christina before transitioning to Pre-K, and it was such a great experience for her. I received pictures throughout the day and daily reports at pick-up, which gave me so much peace of mind. This is where she really began developing her social skills, building relationships with other children, and becoming more aware of her emotions. I'm so grateful for the care and support she received during such an important stage.

This is a serious warning for every parent. Please talk to…read moreyour children about what happens to them when they're sent to the office. What I've personally witnessed and reported is alarming, and it's not isolated. A teacher who was previously arrested was allowed to return to work--even after earlier incidents involving a child. That alone should tell you how much is being hidden. There is a pattern of staff protecting each other, covering up situations, and ignoring the safety and emotional well‑being of the kids. The entire office staff, along with the family members they've placed in positions there, desperately needs to be replaced. Their lack of patience and compassion--especially toward children with disabilities--is unacceptable. If your child is nonverbal, I strongly urge you not to enroll them here. They monitor these reviews, and that's fine. Something has to change, because these children deserve better. If you want to understand why so many parents are speaking out, search online for complaints about "magic years of learning." The truth is out there, and it's disturbing.
